Amazing property. Close to everything but felt like we were in an English Cottage in the country. Beautifully appointed, clean and very comfortable beds! The exterior does need some pressure washing and the decks and fencing will need some attention soon but that would not keep us from returning! We will be back!

The home was beautiful. Very clean. Comfortable couch and bedding. About 30 minutes to West Knoxville, Farragut area. The horses and grounds were peaceful and pretty.

Beauty and convenience! We enjoyed both the lovely cottage and the outdoors. Staying there was comfortable and the kitchen made meal times very easy to prepare and enjoy in a safe and tranquil setting!

Great location, easy to downtown Knoxville. Beds on the firmer side which was nice. Nice inside, great communication with host, clean. We had two observations: one was the proximity to the main house. It is literally 3 car widths from 1 side of the cottage to the main house. From the pictures it looked as if there was more space. As a result, we had shades down on that whole side of the house, which was disappointing. For those who are used to city living, it won't be a problem. I'm sure in some cities houses are even closer. But for anyone used to having more privacy and not wanting to run the risk of seeing your neighbor (like we did--morning coffee!) if you open the shades, it may not work for you. Second observation is the upstairs: the HVAC is right next to the main bedroom. It's like a jet engine when it goes on, which woke us up. Again, no issue for heavy sleepers, but for anyone who is a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this may be problematic.

The house connected to the driveway didn't have anyone staying there, so it was so peaceful. They had 3 horses out there that were pleasant to see. The house had everything we needed except dish cloths and good pillows. I like to leave something for the owners or next visitors, if there is a good option, so I bought dish cloths and 2 more hand towels for the bathrooms. I bought better pillows but they weren't great either, so, I didn't leave those. So, you might bring your own pillow or try to buy some. Walmart had a terrible selection, imo. The house had good light. The upstairs bedroom outlet (with the lamp closest to the door) is connected to the light switch. Just an fyi. Showers were super nice. You can control the water flow with them instead of being pelted while you shower. I'm thankful the owners are sharing this gem of a place with others. I told my husband this property is worth way more money than one would think. Because until you stay there, you can't know the continued peace and enjoyment of it. I have no regrets. Stayed 4 nights. Would stay again if I was in the area for sure.

This property was great for our stay, The interior was updated, clean, bright, modern and offered all the amenities we needed and the outside, surrounded by trees, horses, birds chirping, and the setting of a farm was so relaxing and peaceful. It is on our list for the future for sure.
