Picnic area with grill and 2 pools on property- there is no elevator on property.

Nice updated colors with new floors. Located across the street to beach access, easy walk. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pans to cook or around the corner from Platts if you chose not to cook.

Clean rooms but wasn’t what I was expecting. I feel like It wasn’t what was described on VRBO app. We were celebrating our 30th Anniversary and couldn’t even use the balcony to sit, drink our coffee and talk. It wasn’t disclosed that the balcony couldn’t be used. When we drove up to the condo, first thing we see is some warning tape, and some balconies with plywood. If I had known the balcony wasn’t available I would not have rented the condo. I love sitting on balconies in the morning, afternoon and evening just to wind down and relax. Owner was ok on communication, did state that she was traveling on the same day we were. Other than the day of travel I didn’t have to communicate with owner. Location was fantastic. We love that area a lot. Beds were pretty comfortable, main room not as comfortable as the second bedroom.
This was taped to the sliding glass door when we opened the curtain to see what kind of view we had. Again was not disclosed and it literally says to disclose to guests.

A pleasant stay

My husband and I spent a comfortable, relaxing week at this property. We’ve stayed at this property multiple times(it’s our favorite!) but this was our first time staying at Gloria’s property. She was very pleasant and responded immediately to all inquiries! The condo was well stocked with towels, dishes, cooking implements, and even sand buckets and shovels for kiddos . Very convenient location straight across the road from the beach. Do keep in mind, the unit is located on the 3rd floor and this building doesn’t have an elevator. Not a big deal for us, but could be an issue for some .
