This property is very private and peaceful. The sunsets and sunrises are breathtaking along with the stars that light up the night sky, On really clear nights you can see the Milkyway. We offer a wood burning BBQ grill, fire pit, corn hole boards, relaxing lawn chairs, hammock, outdoor lighting for ambience, and misters for those warmer summer days. We also have a deer feeder so you can watch the lovely wildlife interact in the early mornings and evenings. The ranch is located in one of the top three places in Texas to stargaze so lay back, relax, and let the night sky come to life. Its pretty awesome to check out all the Constellations at night memories you will never forget. Very short distance to Fredericksburg so check out the wineries,live music or incredible shopping

Peaceful

This is a lovely peaceful RV Beautiful sunsets and sun rises moon was so pretty watched deer right in front of the place had everything we needed. Kevin the host was wonderful he checked on us couple of times well worth the sty

A breath of fresh air!

This was the best place to get out of the city, away from crowded campgrounds and under a fantastic dark sky full of stars. The sizeable RV was clean with a working refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove and oven, shower, had modern amenities such as heated recliners, LED lighting, built in USB ports by the bedside and had everything we needed to stay comfortably in the country. My family had a great time exploring the grounds and lounging by the campfire while stargazing.The host Kevin was most accommodating and went above and beyond to help with any questions that popped up. I highly recommend this place if you want to get away from it all to relax!

Matthew his kids and wife were awesome. They even set up their own tent for the kids to really get to experience the outdoors. I really enjoyed getting to meet them and can't wait for them to come back and stay again. They cleaned up the property thoroughly and left the RV looking amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had the best time this weekend in the RV. We were all comfortable and everything worked great. We enjoyed sitting outside looking up at the stars/planets every night. We had an app and could identify what we were viewing in the sky. Amazing open space to watch the sunset too. Perfect location and very peaceful. Highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to get away from it all but still be close enough to Fredericksburg in about 15 minutes. And the owner was very attentive-checking on us everyday to make sure we had what we needed and were comfortable.
