If you make it back out this way, Enchanted Rock at sunrise before the crowds arrive is something else entirely, and the cabin puts you close enough to pull it off without an early alarm ruining the trip.

Regena, Enchanted Rock right down the road and a charming cabin to come back to at the end of the day is just about the ideal Hill Country setup. Glad the beds held up after those hikes and that the little details like the towels were on point. If stargazing is your thing, the stretch of clear sky out here in fall and winter is something else entirely. Come back and see us again soon!

Melanie, those hot tub views are something else, and it sounds like you found the best seat in the house. Your note on the beds and pillows is fair, and we have since swapped in softer pillow options at the property so the next guests have more to choose from. The firmness of the mattresses is something we are actively reviewing as well. Glad the seclusion delivered the way it should. Come back when the wildflowers are out this spring, the views from that hot tub hit different with the Hill Country in bloom!

April, box fans should never be the cooling plan in one of our homes, and that is on us. The mini split is being serviced this week with a new remote in a wall bracket so it cannot walk off, and the hot tub controller is being reset and rechecked so it holds a comfortable temperature instead of running hot. Every home is getting a printed guide in the kitchen drawer with emergency numbers, the wifi code, and hot tub instructions, and our after hours line is moving back in house so the person answering knows the property. The toilet call should have been your only issue. Come back and let the house work as intended: cold air, easy soak, quiet evening on the porch.
