Renovierte Wohnung mit Pool im Garten #6

Dear Carole , Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting that you were warmly welcomed, which we truly value. The apartment reserved is clearly described and titled as a garden-level unit, without pool or ocean view, and is priced accordingly. The residence consists of six apartments, each with different layouts, views, and price points, all detailed individually on their respective listings. Photos of shared amenities, including the pool and common areas, are displayed to illustrate the residence as a whole, as is standard practice in hospitality. The garden apartment offers a private deck surrounded by tropical vegetation, providing a quieter and more independent setting, which many guests specifically choose and appreciate. Each apartment within the residence has a different location, view, and price point, and expectations should align with the specific unit reserved Unfortunately, during high season, it was not possible to offer a change of apartment, as all other units were fully booked. While we regret that the accommodation did not meet your personal expectations, we confirm that it fully corresponds to the description and features of the apartment reserved We wish you all the best for the rest of your travels
