Welcome to your tropical hideaway just minutes away from some of the very best beaches in the country. Our home is just a short drive away from Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks Beach and others sweeping stretches of white sand.
Close to bike trails and nature, and with a huge backyard where you can enjoy breakfast or relax after a long day out. If you’ve never been to the Gulf Coast beaches, you’re in for a treat! The fine sand is white and soft. Also the sunsets are fantastic!
The Space:
2-bedroom house in Largo, designed for relaxed and easy Florida living. Cozy and bright, a lot of love has gone into making this home and we think it shows! The rooms are airy and spacious, and the kitchen comes fully equipped for when you feel like cooking at home. The property can comfortably fit up to 5 guests, making it the perfect spot for families or a group of friends looking to enjoy the Sunshine State.
You can relax with a book or cup of coffee in the sunroom, or use the grill with your family and friends in our spacious backyard. While we hope you truly unwind on your holidays, there is also a designated workstation in the master bedroom, in case you need to work remotely.
Guest Access:
Parking is available in the driveway, which should fit two vehicles. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with easy access to Bay Drive.
The Neighborhood:
40 minutes to Tampa Airport
20 minutes to Clearwater Airport
The house is in a peaceful residential neighborhood only minutes away from shopping and restaurants. A Publix Super Market is very close by. The bike and walking trail is almost at your doorstep.
You can reach Clearwater Beach in under 15 minutes and Indian Rocks Beach in just 10 on a typical day. If you’re looking for some green spaces, the renowned Florida Botanical Gardens are only 10 minutes away. Taylor Park is also close by
There’s a bunch of lesser-known beach towns nearby to explore. Feel free to ask for some of my personal recommendations! If looking for places to eat or grab a coffee, I’d recommend checking out Bellair Coffee. Frenchy’s and the Pavilion in Clearwater Beach. We absolutely love Largo and hope you do as well!
Getting Around:
The driveway has a carport for shade. Ride shares to the beach are also very reasonable since they are only minutes away. The local cab company is also pretty efficient.
Other Things to Note:
The house will be completely yours during your stay. Parking for 2 vehicles is available in the driveway. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with easy access to Bay Drive.
The house is very safe. Check-in and check-out are remote, using the keypad entry. Check-in instructions and the keypad code will be sent the day of your arrival.
