Lovely house located only few mins away from Indian Rocks Beach and Belleair Beach! Tucked inside the neighborhood with easy access to all the conveniences of W Bay Dr. Situated on an oversized corner lot, the exterior features Spanish arches. With dedicated laundry room, and a fenced in backyard, it’s going to make you feel at home. Situated near Florida Botanical Gardens, Splash Harbour Water Park, Bayside Park, Doyle Park, Buccaneer Island and many more fun places!

The space
The house and backyard are private to you. The property has a guest house attached to it. There is a locked door between both units. No guests will have the keys to that door. Guests from the guest house will only access their unit from the side gate.

We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags.

Guest access
The house you are renting includes: the kitchen, the living room, the backyard, the bathroom and the bedrooms are private to you, meaning they are not shared with other guests. The only thing that will be shared is the driveway parking. Each unit has one dedicated parking space on the driveway.

• Please don't eat/drink in beds this leads to irreversible stains (Claim will be made)
• Washer & Dryer : To be used for your personal clothes only
• No Smoking, No Pets, No candles
• The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee
• Complimentary and starting basic essentials
• No mails or packages to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any.
• We provide a BBQ. Guest will not get refunded if any unexpected malfunction or if gas is emptied. We provide a starter quantity. Guest will have to fill it if they need more.
• Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Garbage and recycling bins are shared with other guests.
• There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 28 days or more.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee $100.00 will be charged for any stays lasting longer than 60 nights. This fee will be collected after your booking is confirmed. Must be paid before your check-in date.
• Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.

*Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
