The home is designed for gathering—with vaulted ceilings, open-concept living, and large windows offering panoramic lake views—as well as privacy, with quiet corners and cozy retreats for reading, working, or unwinding.

The lower level features an epic game room with pool, ping pong, arcade machine, darts, and a Smart TV by the bar—perfect for sports nights. Just steps away, the Finnish sauna comfortably seats up to 10, offering the ultimate relaxation experience year-round.

☀ The Community and its Amenities:
→ The community has two lakes, multiple swimming pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground, mini golf, and more. Our lake can be used for paddle boarding, kayaking, catch-and-release fishing, and ice skating.
→ The Pools are open daily from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The house is located within a 4-minute walk to the new E Pool. Splash pad for the little ones and a large pool for the family to enjoy. There is also a bathhouse, tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.
→ Amenity badges are required to use any public amenities. Badges can be purchased at the Main Administration Building during your stay for $12/person per day.
→ We make no guarantees that community amenities will be available during your stay. The availability of the amenities and the days and hours of operation are at the discretion of the association. Hours and days of operation are typically provided at the beginning of each week. Refunds will not be provided if community amenities are not available as we have no control over closures due to weather, staffing, bans, or other circumstances.
☀ Community Requirement:
Per HOA and town code, the following is required for all reservations:
→ All guests (adults and children) and vehicles must be registered on the community registration form. All drivers must provide a valid and printed copy of both their vehicle registration and driver’s license to access the community.
→ The community registration fee of $50 is included in your booking price.
→ A $75 late fee will be charged if forms are not completed within 3 days prior to arrival.
→ Parents or other individuals may not reserve the home on behalf of another guest or group.
→ If you’ve declined Airbnb’s travel insurance, we strongly recommend purchasing coverage through a third-party provider, as refunds cannot be issued due to weather, illness, or other travel-related issues.
→ A waiver must be signed by all registered guests to use the watercraft. This will be provided on the kitchen counter upon arrival.

→ Water Activities: Kayaks and life jackets are provided. All guests must sign a waiver (available at the home) to use watercraft.
→ Sauna Use: Follow recommended safety guidelines for time and temperature.
→ Winter Weather: The roads are plowed during snow, but just a heads-up—drive slow and give yourself extra time when getting around in winter weather.
→ Starter Supplies: We provide essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags to get you started. For longer stays, please plan for additional supplies.
→ Quiet Hours: Community quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and the peaceful lakefront environment.
→ Guests Must Be 25+: Guests must be 25 or older to book and must be present for the entire stay. No parties, prom groups, or third-party bookings are allowed.
→ Community Registration: All guests and vehicles must be registered with the HOA prior to arrival.
→ Amenity Badges: Access to community amenities (pools, courts, etc.) requires a badge.
→ Forms Deadline: All required documents must be submitted at least 72 hours before check-in to avoid cancellation.
→ Parking: Space for up to 6 vehicles.
