NEW Beachfront..Island Beach Club - Gorgeous First Floor 2 Bed, 2 bath with Pool

Enjoy this newly Updated, Spacious First Floor Condo located on the beach. You have private beach access and a beautiful Heated Pool also on the Beach. Features include a Custom White Kitchen with Granite tops, Tile and Stainless appliances. Relax at the large eating Bar or around the new Dinette. The Living room boasts a new 55" TV and lots of room for relaxing. The Private Primary Bedroom has a Luxury bath with New White Marble top vanity and Gorgeous Oversize Tile and Glass Shower, TV, and Walk-in closet which houses the Washer and Dryer as well. The Second bedroom can be set up as 2 Twin Beds OR a King Bed. The living room and primary bedroom have sliders to a screened in Lanai complete with table and chairs for early morning coffee or evening sunsets, with door to the Beach. Beach Cart and Chairs are included. Enjoy the amazing beaches of Anna Maria Island and all the restaurants and shopping this destination has to offer. A Free Trolley runs the distance of this 7 mile island.

The Island is really coming along after the storms. I have visited most of my favorite restaurants during my visits in November. My condo is 100% back together and the Pool is filled and will be ready in a couple of weeks.

Diese Wohnung befindet sich am Strand und liegt in der Gegend Ilexhurst, einem Stadtviertel von Holmes Beach. Wer die Natur der Region bewundern möchte, sollte Folgendes besuchen: Cortez Beach und Coquina Beach. Ebenfalls einen Besuch wert sind diese beiden Highlights: AMI Paddleboard Adventures und Fish Hole Adventure Golf. Beim Jetskifahren und beim Kajakfahren kannst du die umliegende Wasserwelt erkunden oder aber du stürzt dich beim Reiten und beim Radfahren ganz in der Nähe in ein Abenteuer mit festem Boden unter den Füßen.

Loved this place! It was clean and the decor was lovely. The beach right outside the lanai, and the beach wagon was very nice too. It is very close to everything, restaurants, shopping.

Wonderful experience.

All we could ask for. Clean, modern, 1st floor unit that is literally steps from the beach and sunsets. Private, quiet location yet within walking distance to grocery, restaurants and shopping. Spotless pool and grounds. Michele was great to work with. Would love to be able to stay here again in the future.

Perfect little vacation spot!!!!

Michele went above and beyond to get her unit ready after the devastating hurricanes in the fall. The unit is nicely decorated, the layout is perfect, all you need is supplied, all sorts of parking and the view!!!! We will be back again, probably sooner than expected just because the family and I loved it so much!Thank you for everything! All the best,

Nice Beach Property

Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about the condo, the owner, the location. Perfect for 2-4 people, walk right out to the beach. Well furnished. Clean. No damage from hurricane. However, the complex has a "Karen" issue. The only other occupants that week (of 10 condos) were owners, and they went out of their way to to make us feel unwelcome. We were on vacation with 4 other families of 8th grade boys, all rented places nearby. Not crazy partiers; just a bunch of 14 year old boys. The first night they got in the pool after sunset. The owner came down and told our kids they can't be in the water after dark. We didn't know the rule, so the boys got out; our bad. The next day, the kids were in the pool in middle of the day, with nobody else in the pool area, and the owners once again inserted themselves into our vacation. The kids were being supervised by my wife and I, but the owners kept coming downstairs, looking around, and eventually took PICTURES of our kids from their condo and complained about them being in the pool, saying it's for renters and owners only. That felt harrassing to me, and completely unneccesary. There wasn't another person in that pool the entire week. Again, the property itself is fine, but the people who live there are extremely overbearing and take their self-appointed role of "pool police" way too seriously. We'll choose a different location next time.

I love Anna Maria Island for its laid back, old Florida Vibe. I chose this location for its central proximity to restaurants, shopping and the short 50 foot walk to the private beach access. I also like being part of a small condo building (Only 10 Units) with our own heated pool.
