Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on Anna Maria Island in the city of Bradenton Beach, this beachfront condo is in a prime location right next to Historic Bridge Street. Anna Maria is a hidden gem in Florida and Bridge Street is a hub of activities.

The Condo has been completely updated post Hurricanes with an open kitchen with "sit down" counter, two large bedrooms, two full baths (both bathrooms are shower only with a rain shower head and a handheld wand), fully equipped kitchen, in suite full size washer & dryer, high speed WiFi (600mb), cable, multiple "Smart" TV's (55", 50" and 43") and Roku for your streaming services. We have it decorated with a beach theme that is designed for comfort. We want you to be able to relax and enjoy the view. Fully contactless check-in with a ring camera doorbell for your safety.

Gulf View is a small complex (only 10 units) located directly on the beach. It does not have an elevator. Parking is under the building with two (2) floors of five (5) condos on each floor. Our unit is on the top floor.

The pool is on the gulf side with great views of the beach and ocean. Walk directly from the pool deck on to the beach and into the Gulf of Mexico. It is a short 65 +/- (depending on the tide) steps on the soft sand to the ocean from the pool deck. Take a swim in the heated beachside pool reserved for Gulf View guests. Park in your reserved, covered parking spot that is big enough for two (2) cars. Secured access by a regularly changing code. There are several Ring Cameras on the property for security.

Everything you could want is within walking distance! There are approximately fifteen (15) bars & restaurants within a 4 minute walk! You can also take a ride on the Free Island Trolley that runs from 7:30 am until 10:00 pm up and down the island. The Circle K convenience store is across the street for those last minute items.

Bridge Street is a short 50 yards from the complex. It is the hub of activity with several restaurants and bars - many with live music, ice cream shops, bicycle shops, beach shops, boutiques, mini-golf, fishing and much more. Bradenton Beach Marina is also a short walk where you can rent a boat, take a tour boat ride, ride parasails or rent jet skis.

You can walk soft white sand south to Longboat Pass or north all the way to Bean Point. You will likely see manatees and dolphins right outside your condo in the Gulf. We have a beach storage unit with several beach chairs and beach toys for your use.

At the end of the day, you will see awesome sunsets from your huge (150 +/- square foot) private, screened lanai. With large sliding doors from both the family room and the master bedroom, it is a great place to unwind. The pool deck has a very nice Weber barbeque grill, several lounge chairs with umbrellas and tables for guest use.

Anna Maria Island is about 16 miles due west of Exit 220 on Interstate 75. You can fly into Sarasota / Bradenton (22 min), St Petersburg (55 min), Tampa (65 min) or Punta Gorda (75 min) Airports as well. Orlando is a short 2 hour drive.
