This 135m2 newly renovated home with great outdoor terrace is fully equipped and able to accommodate up to 8 people. Our home is situated just 1km away from the nearest beach, popular for its crystal clear blue waters and just 1km from the center of Paxos.

If you do need a place for your vacations where when you wake up in the morning, listening to the birds singing and the summer breeze whistling in the trees while you enjoy your breakfast then this is the perfect home for you!

During the night, you will be able to spend hours under the stars on the wonderful terrace while you enjoy your dinner or your favorite wine with your friends and company.

There is one double and one twin bedroom and 4 more persons can be accommodated in the living room sofas that can be turned into two double beds. The living room offers spacious and comfortable areas plus dining area. The house features a modern bathroom with washer and fully equipped kitchen with extra dining area. Our house is located in the village of Makratika just 1,5km away from the center of Paxos. The village has one cafe-restaurant but in the town of Paxoi, you will find a number of shops, services, pharmacy, banks and many cafes and restaurants. Paxos is a very small island so its famous beaches are within close reach. Water taxis and boats can take you to different beaches each day around the island.

*Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €8 per night, while from November to March, it is €2 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
