This exquisite property boasts four bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing ample space for relaxation and rejuvenation. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious open floor plan, flooded with natural light streaming through tall windows.



The living room is an inviting space to unwind, complete with a disco ball and neon lights for setting the mood. Enjoy fireside chats or engage in lively board games in this cozy ambiance.



The newly renovated kitchen is a delight for the home cook, equipped with modern appliances, a breakfast nook for casual dining and a dining table for 10! Enjoy sipping your morning brew on the deck while taking in the sunlight.



The bedrooms are tastefully furnished, with three queen-size beds ensuring a restful night's sleep, while the master bedroom features a plush king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The recently renovated bathrooms are thoughtfully designed, equipped with amenities such as ceiling speakers and in-floor heating for added comfort. All beds are outfitted with Helix mattresses, and bedding is provided by Evergreen Stitches.



The upstairs loft serves as an entertainment haven, featuring wall-to-wall daybeds, a 100" projection screen for movie nights, and a Bose surround system for immersive sound experiences.



Step outside onto our inviting deck, where relaxation and rejuvenation await. Here, you'll find a hot tub perfect for soaking beneath the stars and a propane BBQ ready for outdoor grilling. Gather around the campfire pit for storytelling and stargazing in the tranquil beauty of the natural landscape. The new hot tub, accommodating up to 7 people, provides the ultimate relaxation experience after a day on the slopes. Let the warmth of the water and the glow of the stars melt away the day's adventures—it's the perfect way to unwind amidst the snow-kissed surroundings.



Work comfortably in the mountains and soak up the peacefulness of remote work. Our house offers lightning-fast WiFi, ensuring you stay connected while surrounded by nature's beauty.



Guest Access:

We have a laundry room that guests may use during their stay located in the basement, but the rest of the basement is off limits.



The house has Starlink satellite internet. It’s perfect for working remote and streaming. Starlink internet is not equipped for heavy downloading or gaming.



We offer Amazon Firestick on the projector so you can stream Netflix, YouTube, Prime, HBO, etc. Please come prepared with your own streaming accounts as there are only Prime, Netflix, and Youtube accounts.



We ask that guests do not bring gaming consoles or connect any additional electronic device to the projector, sound system, move around furniture, or unplug any wires and cables. This will disrupt the entertainment system for the next guests.



Please be respectful of our home and our belongings. A lot of love, time, and effort has gone into making this space as comfortable as possible and we hope to share it for a long time.

Windham, the “gem of the Catskills,” is one of the oldest small towns in the Catskills region. Established in 1798, the charming historic Main Street has locally-owned specialty shops, amazing variety of restaurants, and a wide range of outdoor activities like skiing, cross country skiing, mountain biking trails, hiking trails, snow tubing, swimming holes, and star gazing. An escape perfect for families and friends. This charming town will take your breath away.

Getting Around:

Casa Magda is just 2.5 hours from New York City, and while having a car for transportation in the area is recommended, you can also take the Adirondack Trailways Charter bus. The bus departs from Port Authority Bus Termina and conveniently drops you off at Valero gas station, a 5-minute drive from the house.

In the winter, we recommend a car with four-wheel drive that can handle the snow and gravel roads.



Other Things to Note:

** Please note that this house has a sensitive septic system. Guests should monitor toilet paper usage to avoid issues. Proper usage should prevent any problems, but should septic issues result directly from overuse, guests may be liable for septic repair and cleanup costs up to $3500.



For guests who prefer to sleep separately, up to 4 single beds are available upstairs; let us know if you'd like the loft beds made during your stay.



There is a portable A/C in the living room, and fans are provided for all rooms. There is electric baseboard heating throughout the home including heated floors in the bathroom.



For safety reasons, it's important to note that our home is not child-proof–we do not supply cribs, highchairs, changing tables, and similar items. We do not advise the accommodation for children below the age of 12. If you intend to bring infants or children, please notify us at the time of booking.
