Stunning balcony sunsets, 2 minute walk to beach, lil piece of heaven!

Picture yourself in the morning grabbing a cup of coffee and sitting outside in our tall Adirondack chairs and taking in the calmness of the Santa Rosa Sound. You may even get a glimpse of some dolphins! Just head out the back steps to the Sound if you need calm waters for the children when the waves are too rough in the Gulf or you may try out the paddle board you may have rented. You can head down the front stairs to the pool at the front of the complex or cross the street to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The area has plenty of activities to offer, fishing, or just walking on the pier to see the marine life. See a rescue turtle at the turtle sanctuary near the pier or visit the Gulf Breeze Zoo, a 50 acre wildlife preserve within 10 miles of the condo. You can rent bicycles, scooters, paddle boards, jet skis and pontoon boats all nearby. In the evenings check out the local establishments for a bite to eat, listen to live music, or take in some karaoke!
If you would like to stay in and cook, we have provided a multitude of kitchen items and seasonings for a low cost option or if cooking’s not your thing you can grab a bite at several restaurants on the island!
