Welcome to our gorgeous Downtown San Jose home, nestled in the heart of Silicon Valley! This stylishly remodeled haven offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and convenience.

PRIME LOCATION:
Situated in a safe part of town, our home is just a 5-10 minute drive from a vibrant array of dining options, charming cafes, San Jose State University, and the cultural richness of Japantown. Whether you`re here for business or leisure, you`ll love the ease of access to the best that downtown San Jose has to offer.

BEDROOMS:
The home has three comfortable bedrooms.
- Master Bedroom: Located in the back of the home with an en suite bathroom, kitchenette, TV, sofa and small desk. This room has a queen bed.
- King Bedroom: Two Twin XL beds have been put together to form roughly the size of a King Bed.
- Queen Bedroom: A queen bed with a desk/vanity.

KITCHEN / DINING:
Our kitchen is equipped with all your basic cooking needs including a keurig machine with some coffee pods. We also have a separate pantry for those planning longer stays. Our dining table can sit six people.

LIVING ROOM:
Step into our modern living room with a 65` SmartTV and high-speed WiFi ensure entertainment and connectivity are at your fingertips.

DOGS:
We welcome up to two house trained dogs for an additional $125 per dog.

GARAGE:
We provide one covered garage parking spot. There is also plenty of street parking in the neighborhood. PLEASE NOTE: The garage will be available AFTER April 28.

YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME:
Our home is thoughtfully designed to provide everything you need for a delightful stay. Immerse yourself in the Silicon Valley lifestyle and enjoy the perfect blend of work and play in this stylishly remodeled space.

EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT:
We offer early check in and late check out when we do not have another reservation checking in or out that same day. You can check in as early as 12pm and check out as late as 3pm for an additional $50 each. Please request early check in / late check out within 24 hours of your check in date so we can check out most up to date calendar to see if we can accommodate your request.
If you`d like to guarantee an early check in / late check out, we can block the day before /after for $100.


RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK IN PROCESS
Guests are required to sign a short-term rental agreement prior to check-in. The agreement outlines house rules, liability, and property use. We also ask guests to provide an ID and CC upon booking. These additional security measures had to be implemented to prevent fraudulent bookings. A link with all of this information will be provided upon booking. If you are not comfortable with any of this information, you are welcome to cancel within 24 hours of booking as long as it`s not a same day booking.

Our guests will have full private access to the three bedroom and two bathroom home. Please note that we have two private cottages in the back of the lot that is separate from this listing.
HOUSE RULES:
- QUIET HOURS: Quiet Hours are from 10pm - 7am. Please bring your conversations indoors by 10pm.
- NO SMOKING: No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapors, marijuana, etc) indoors. If you smoke outdoors, please pick up after yourself.
- NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS: A max of 6 guests are allowed and all guests must be a part of your reservation.
- OTHER: Removing shoes indoors helps us maintain a clean home. Illegal activity is not allowed at this property.

Failure to observe any of the House Rules above will result in a minimum $250 fine.
