Perfect spot

Great home base

We were in town for my mother’s birthday and it was a great home base in between all the family events. Good location, quiet and comfortable stay, and we tried the host’s recommendations for pho (pho y 1) and malibu grill and bbq next door and loved it.

Just what we needed

Exactly as advertised, comfortable and clean. Close to a great bbq place and easy to get everywhere. 20 min to downtown SanJose, 20 minutes to the mountains. Host was very supportive and communicative, always quick to reply - seemed like he never slept, because it didn't matter when I sent a message - he was immediate with his response.

The best air b n b in the Bay Area

I dont even know how to put this in words, lol. I vacation twice a yr in northern Cali to visit my kids and grandkids. This is the first time I rented an air b n b. My daughter and I went in on it together and when I say it was perfect, it was perfect. The place was so clean, it was comfy, it was safe, it was so quiet and peaceful, which is what you want when your away from home. Its literally 15 minutes from the San Jose airport and down the street from a park where I was able to take my grandaughter to play. We stayed during 4th of July and it was the best. The neighbors in the front did fireworks and we were able to watch them from the covered patio. The host was so awesome. I needed a bedrail guard since my grandaughter was going to share a bed with me, lol, I asked the host if he was able to accomodate that for me and he did. It worked perfect. My daughter and I put it together and my grandaughter had such a peaceful safe sleep, lol. This is definately going to be my home away from home twice a year. Its so close to my son and daughter. My daughter and I have named this property the safe house. We loved it and will be returning in fall for sure. There are snacks there for purchase which I think is so awesome, but we had brought our own so we put them away while we stayed and brought them back out when we packed up. It also helped my grandaughter from being tempted😅😅😅😅. Thank you so much for your hospitality and accommodating our needs. This place deserves like infinity stars, but I am only able to give 5, lol. If you come to the Bay Area, this is the place to stay. Its a perfect roommate floor plan and it was spacious for the 3 of us. Thank you again for your awesome hospitality.😁🙌🏽🎉🍾🥂

This was such a pleasant experience. The property was just like the photos. The furniture was in excellent shape, the decorations were tasteful and nice, everything was just as expected. The kitchen was well organized, cabinets were well stocked, organized and clean. Everything we needed was provided. We were impressed with the plush, oversized towels for showering and they were soft! The host, Luong was so friendly, welcoming us, info was provided about the surrounding areas with some key points shared, and when we did have a question, got back to us right away. We were even asked for our opinion on an issue so that told us that Luong was very concerned about making sure our stay and the stay of others would be even more comfortable in the future. We had a designated parking spot which was a dream since our nights tended to be late at night and we didn't have to struggle to find a parking spot as a safe spot was always available. If you are looking for a very comfortable, cozy, clean and organized "Home Away From Home", look no further. We definitely will rent again.

Perfect stay for a good price, will be back for certain. Note to owner, the word luxury is a bit misleading, a really quite neighborhood and a very clean and wonderful place, we loved it, but people might be taken aback since it’s not a “luxury” condo or area.

Generally, was a good, comfortable stay and I would recommend to anyone who doesn’t have small kiddos. Pros: very centrally located, comfortable beds, plenty of amenities, good water pressure, empty dressers to store clothes so you don’t have to live out of your suitcase, host was extremely responsive and very very helpful, plenty of parkingCons: the floors and baseboards were FILTHY (so glad I brought my 7 month olds playmat. No way I’d let her play directly on those floors), dead rat in carport, finicky door lock, upstairs neighbors are a bit noisy

Come and enjoy your newly remodeled place in southern San Jose. Your place for four guests who will have full access to the living room, kitchen and bathroom is perfect for the adventure seeker or business executive.

Your bedrooms are elegantly decorated like a Five-Star Hotel complete with color TV, quiet central HVAC, ritzy furniture, a classy bed, iron and ironing board. We also provide an office desk for work in the living room.

Guests can use the on-site coin-operated laundry room for washing and drying.

Two parking spaces are available for guests. One is located in front of the premise and another is in the carport. If more spaces are needed, parking on the safe streets is an option.

If you need anything, please feel free to contact us on the AirBnB system. As your hosts, we are happy and honored to serve you!
