An authorization hold is not a charge. Please note that the timing for the funds to become available after release may vary depending on your financial institution.



Certain reservations may require a refundable security deposit instead of an authorization hold. When a security deposit is required and collected for the reservation, an additional authorization hold will generally not be necessary.

CHECK-IN: Residence Desk check-in to obtain your unit key cards. Make your way through the West or TOWER II entrance, just beyond the sliding double doors. There will be an immediate option to go left or right. Turn left, walking down the zigzag tiled water wall feature. At the end of this walkway, you will find the Residential Desk. A Residential Desk Agent will be stationed here from 9A to 9P, daily.
