This was a great location! We walked all around the town and were so close to the beach. Beautiful neighborhood! The place was clean and comfortable and quiet. Nice touches throughout.

I’ve owned a few VRBO properties myself and have pretty high standards. The Mariner complex itself is adorable and the perfect location in Old Naples. 2 minutes to the sand for a sunrise walk and 2 minutes the other direction to your morning coffee. Lounge all day and then quick walk to 3rd for your choice of shopping and dinner! This unit could not have been cuter or cleaner and I would definitely choose it again based on that alone, but the fact that our host was super communicative, so easy to work with and just plain nice was the cherry on top! Do not hesitate to stay here-I know I’ll be back!

Location location location!

We had a fantastic time and the location just can’t be beat. A block to the beach and a block to great shops and restaurants. The pool was nicely heated and large. The apartment was spotless, quiet and very comfortable. We would love to return!

We enjoyed being walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. The only problem was the sound of the destruction of the Naples Pier during 1-2 days. It was a loud pounding noise but didn’t last long. A very comfortable place to stay, otherwise.

Wonderful 9 day stay

The unit was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped for all our needs. The host was very attentive and friendly, asked if we needed anything- we didn’t !!! Location was perfect for beach and local restaurants, hardly used our car all week. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent Experience

This property was extremely clean and very well maintained. The property owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We would hands-down stay on this property again! Such a great experience and in an awesome location! A short walk to the beach and the property owner provided a cooler, umbrella, and 4 beach chairs, which was a lifesaver for our beach time:).

Great location, just as described

Great location for going to the beach and also to shops and restaurants. Clean, nicely decorated. Very comfortable king bed. Nice pool area. Close to laundry room. Never heard any noise inside the condo. Good communication with owner. The only thing we could have asked for was a skillet. Great place to stay!

Annual Beach Trip

Truly enjoyed our one week stay. It is a short walk to an uncrowded beach. The availability of beach chairs, an umbrella & noodles were all appreciated & it was great to store them in a 1st floor locker.The neighborhood is quiet & easy to navigate. The place was clean. Can’t say enough about the quality of the towels, including beach towels. Also appreciated a quick response to a question upon arrival. Highly recommend staying here.
