This beautiful 2nd floor apartment features everything you`ll need for a fantastic stay in The Big Easy. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, balcony, & an off-street & gated parking space, this home is the perfect place for your New Orleans adventure! If you have a larger group, please ask us about the other apartments we have at this same property!
This stunning apartment has been professionally decorated and stocked with everything you`ll need during your stay. Located right on Magazine Street, you`re steps away from many of the most popular restaurants and shops in New Orleans!
There is one parking spot included with your stay in the gated parking lot. Parking is first-come, first-served and is shared with other guests. Any additional vehicles will need to park on the street, but there is ample free street parking in the area.
***PLEASE NOTE*** This apartment is located on the second floor of the building, and there are a few steps to climb from ground level, followed by a full flight of stairs to the second floor.

Per local requirements: This home is not ADA-compliant. This home is located on the second floor, and there are a few steps required to enter the building as well. There is a noise-monitoring device inside the home (as required by law) that measures the sound levels to ensure guests are not disturbing neighbors. Permits: 22-CSTR-04866, 22-OSTR-08383
Guests will have access to the entire home and everything in it. Parking lot (one space allocated) is shared with other guests and is first-come, first-served. Street parking available for additional or oversized vehicles.

Located between the Garden District and Uptown, this home in East Riverside features a vibrant blend of historic charm and modern flair. The area is known for its wonderful atmosphere, featuring an array of locally-owned boutiques, trendy cafes, and diverse restaurants. Magazine Street is lined with beautifully preserved 19th-century architecture, including Victorian homes and Creole cottages, all under a canopy of lush oak trees, making it one of the most walkable areas in the city.
Cultural attractions like Audubon Park and Zoo are nearby, offering green spaces and recreational activities. Tulane and Loyola universities are within a few miles of the home as well. Frequent neighborhood events, markets, and festivals celebrate the unique New Orleans heritage, fostering a strong sense of community. The neighborhood`s charm, vitality, and excellent connectivity make it a desirable place to live and visit.
There are several grocery stores within a mile of the home, including a Fresh Market, a Whole Foods, and a Walgreens for any essentials needed during your stay. Nearby popular restaurants include French food at Lilette, Baru Bistro & Tapas, Ethiopian cuisine at Café Abyssinia, Mahoney`s Po-boys, Poké Loa, popular NOLA eats at Atchafalaya, tacos and rum at The Rum House, comfort food at Red Dog Diner, homestyle cajun fare at Joey K`s, Port Orleans Brewing Co on the river, Barracuda Taco Stand for quick bites, NOLA Distillery, and authentic Mexican food at El Cucuy... and that`s just the top places within a 15 minute walk!
Sure, you`ve got your own kitchen here, but you`re in New Orleans... for heaven`s sake, get out and explore!
While some guests may have a car with them, there`s no shortage of options for those that want to explore the area around the home on Magazine Street on foot. The St. Charles Streetcar line is about 5 blocks from the home, and there`s a bus stop right on the corner of the property at Magazine & Antonine. Additionally, there are always Ubers and Lyfts nearby for ride-sharing options since this is such a popular dining and shopping destination.
**There is a $200 security/damage deposit collected 3 days prior to arrival, and returned shortly after your stay. This is done as a $200 hold on your method of payment, not a full charge. Please see the rental agreement (required to be read and signed before booking) for more details. *** Please carefully read our house rules below
1. The booking guest must have their ID uploaded to their profile. Please do not remove your ID from your profile at any point during the booking process, or your visit. This will trigger automatic cancellation of your reservation.
2. Please be mindful of the neighbors sleeping. We recommend being quiet after 8:30pm (weekdays including Sundays) and 9:00pm (weekends).
3. While early check-in / late checkout may be available, this must be arranged ahead of time for an extra fee. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $50 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given. Late checkouts MUST be requested before 9PM the day before your departure.
4. Clean towels are a provided amenity. Plan ahead while packing, please bring extra towels if you or any of your guests anticipate needing more.
5. Smoking & vaping in the unit will result in a $500 deodorization fee. Please smoke outside of the property.
6. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws and ILLEGAL. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party or over-occupancy will be charged a $1,000 fee for non-compliance with local laws. All rental platforms specifically ban parties from their units. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction and a ban from the platform.
7. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces.
8. Please do not use face towels to remove makeup, it damages the towels. Makeup towels are provided for you.
9. If the space is left excessively dirty, $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100.
10. This home does not allow pets. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 fine.
11. After you’ve read these rules, please send me a message with the words “yellow kangaroo”, it will let me know that you have read the rules thoroughly.
12. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from “Locals” at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans.
13. While we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space we will assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed.
14. Commercial video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. Associated day-rate fees, liability waivers and copyright contracts will apply if consent is given.
15. Message us for long term stays.
16. Trash is picked up on Friday. There is a trash can outside in the driveway labeled BEM 3616/3624 that you can use to dispose of any trash during your stay if needed.
17. All of our TV`s are streaming, we do not provide any account information, you will have to log into your own. Please remember to log out at check out. There is also cable TV, but it`s only for local channels.
18. Should you wish to receive an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know no earlier than a few days prior to your reservation date, and we will determine if it`s possible. We are unable to confirm early check-in (or late check-out) requests for future dates. We require time to prepare the unit for your stay or after your stay for the next guest and sometimes we are unable to accommodate. If we can accommodate, we will charge $25/hour for the additional booking time. This will also be in place for dropping luggage off or leaving your luggage after checkout time has passed. Payment will be requested through the platform after your additional time has been approved.
19. You will be provided with a remote for operating the gate to the parking lot. These are very expensive to replace, so please make sure you leave it in the home upon checkout. Failure to do so will result in a $250 replacement fee.
20. There is one parking space included with this stay in the back parking lot of the property. There is enough space for four cars to fit, one for each of the four apartments we have onsite. You are only able to use one of these spaces. Any additional vehicles will have to utilize the free street parking around the property. Great apartment in a terrific location. Easy to walk to tons of restaurants and shops. We had plenty of space for our group and it was very useful to have private parking. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. Would recommend this apartment for its location and the fact that it is close to so many things, but quiet and relatively easy to get the French Quarter (i.e. cable car or Uber).

You will not find another apartment with the space of this property! Magazine St is one of the most desirable streets to stay based on safety and walkable eateries. The private parking was a tremendous added bonus! David is super responsive through the app! Super clean!

This is a great place to stay. The property was very clean and well stocked with everyting we needed. I appreciated the extra security of having gated parking even though we felt the neighborhood is very safe. There are plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Contact with the host David was easy and he responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and property
The property was very clean and in a wonderful neighborhood. Excellent restaurants close by as well as quick access to coffee and breakfast. Three big bedrooms and a good kitchen make staying here all that easier. The in house W/D came in handy when I slipped and fell in the mud in a hike. Clear communication with the managers and responsive to all inquiries. NOLA was wonderful thanks to this wonderful place to stay!
