The residence boasts two bedrooms—a master with a king-sized bed and a second bedroom with a twin bed. A versatile third room serves as an office with yoga setup and a daybed that converts into two twins, perfect for relaxation or accommodating extra guests. The apartment features two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower combination. The kitchen is well-equipped with a full-sized fridge, stove, oven, a De'Longhi espresso machine, and a blender. Step outside to enjoy the secluded back deck, a city oasis that's accessible year-round thanks to a convection heater, making it a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening wine.



To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

The fireplace located in the living room is decorative only. This property prohibits wearing shoes inside during stays.



Due to allergies, only dogs up to 30 lbs that do not shed are allowed. Cats are not allowed.

Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $350 fee. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Monthly Housekeeping Policy:

For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

Security Deposit Policy:

- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold

- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold

- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent



All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
