Das Anwesen befindet sich am Meer in einem 4-Sterne-Hotelresort mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt vom Balkon. Das Hotel verfügt über zwei Pools, Restaurants, ein Spa, eine Fitnessraumsauna und andere Standard-Hotelannehmlichkeiten. Es gibt einen Parkservice und einen Concierge-Service. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer mit Wohnzimmer und Küche. Das Gerät wurde neu renoviert und exquisit eingerichtet. Sie werden eine 10-minütige Fahrt oder Busfahrt von South Beach entfernt sein.
DAS HOTEL WIRD DURCHGEFÜHRT, DASS VON 9 BIS 16 UHR MONTAGS BIS FREITAG LÄRM ERHALTEN KANN. Alle Bauarbeiten werden am Freitag um 16:00 Uhr abgebrochen und am Montag um 9:00 Uhr fortgesetzt. DIESE WOHNUNG BEFINDET SICH AUF DER SÜDSEITE, WENN ALLE BALKONE UND EXTERNEN RENOVIERUNGEN VOLLSTÄNDIG SIND, DAFÜR IST DER LÄRM VERLÄSSLICH.

Wonderful, wonderful host. Went over and beyond. Really should give this a five star because of her service but has a few days of Wi-Fi issues which led to interruptions with work on our trip. Other than that, the unit is wonderful and the views are perfect.

The condo itself was fine. We just needed a place to sleep. It was a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. The elevators at the resort were extremely slow. They really need another set for the size of the resort and taking the stairs was not an option as the doors to the floors were locked and you weren’t able to get out at the mezzanine level. Additionally, the resort was very stingy with pool towels. The towels were small and they would not let you exchange a dry towel midway through the day.

Thanks for the review. Yes, the elevators can be slow but the condo managemnt has added an additional service elevator for guest use. Regarding towels, it is a service provided to guests which is great! Most vacation rentals do not have a poolside towel service. It is correct that each guest gets one towel for the day and can take fresh towel the next day. There is a cost to it hence the management has to budget.

Great location, nice and close to the beach. Two pools to choose from the upper level is more for adults. The room was spacious. Nice bathrooms First day or two had issues with elevator but resolved. Would go again.

Enjoyed our stay!

We just stayed here 5 nights and worked out very well for us. Apartment was very clean and as advertised. Location was good. Easy checkin and walked to some restaurants in nearby hotels which was convenient.

Wonderful property

We had a group of 5 girls and we had a great stay. The place was clean and very comfortable beds. The beach access was so easy to get to and not crowded. The pool was fun and clean and you could get food and beverage service.

Another Great Stay in Miami Beach

This is our 3rd year staying at this property. The condo is in a great location. Great for walking or hopping on the Trolley. Gunjan is an awesome host. Super responsive and the condo is fantastic. Clean and comfortable. Looking forward to next year.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this place due to its proximity to the beach. Great place! The only negative part were the thing walls and the valet parking. I do recommend this place.

The property was beautiful! Check-in process could not have been smoother! I would stay here again. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the deck gives you a view of both the ocean and the inlet.

Got married and moved to new York city, Manhattan. For the past 3 years have been in Miami beach, I call it home now!! My children are at an age where I can get back to work. So here I am hosting guests at my apartments.

The unique benefits of this property as I mentioned is its location, in mid Miami beach, part of a condo hotel and on the ocean. The condo is 15 minutes away from most Miami attractions. I have newly renovated the place and it has lovely furnishings, chandeliers etc. It would be a pure pleasure to stay here.
