Welcome to your private pine-wood sanctuary! Our 3-bedroom cabin on 12 acres offers solitude with all conveniences. Inside, you’ll find rustic pine walls, a wood-burning fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen. Outside, grill on the deck or gather around the fire pit under the stars. We welcome pets – there’s a large yard to roam. You’re just minutes from I-75/Hwy 300 (perfect for a one-night rest) and a short drive to Lake Blackshear attractions. Whether you’re passing through or staying for a weekend getaway, our cabin is your relaxing retreat.
🏡 Cabin House Rules
• Check-in after 4:00 PM / Check-out by 10:00 AM
• No smoking or vaping indoors — outdoors only.
• No parties or events without prior approval.
• Registered guests only — no unapproved visitors. Maximum 8 guests (everyone age 2 and up counts).
• Guests must be 21 or older unless a parent or guardian books and stays.
• Pets welcome: up to 2 animals, 50 lbs maximum each. Pet fee: $25 per stay. For larger breeds, please message us for permission before booking.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (please respect neighbors and wildlife).
• No hunting on the property.
• Please lock doors and windows when leaving.
• Do not move furniture between rooms.
• Clean dishes, cookware, and utensils before check-out.
• Do not leave food outside — it attracts wildlife.
• Place garbage in sealed bags and use outdoor bins.
• Report any damages or issues immediately.
• No fireworks or candles. The fire pit, fireplace, and grill are fine.

🔥 Fireplace
• Open the damper before lighting a fire, and keep it open until the fire is completely out.
• Crack a window while the fireplace is in use — the cabin is tight, and the fire needs fresh air to draw smoke up the chimney instead of into the room.
• Use the gas log-starter only to get the fire going, then turn it off.
• Burn firewood only — no trash, paper plates, or treated wood.
• Never leave a fire unattended, and make sure it`s fully out before bed or check-out.
• Keep the screen closed and kids and pets back from the hearth.
