*We do entertain pets on a Case by case basis, for a fee of - $75 each pet per stay. If you have more than 2 pets please check with host before booking.

Pool is not heated.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located:
There are 5 cameras in the property:

1 Ring Camera the entryway of the house for traffic
2 Blink Cameras at the rear of the house over the pool area for safety.
1 Blink Front Door
1 Blink Driveway
There is a 5th camera that is not recording and that is a nest camera overlooking also the pool.
All 5 of them are recording for security purposes. They are triggered 5 seconds at a time. There are no cameras inside the home only in common areas outside. Driveway, front door, back patio.

Supplies are provided to get you set up for a few days before having to buy new stock for your use. It is not the responsibility of the host to sustain stock during all of the guest stay.

If excess of spills on counters, floors, fridge, trash a charge will be submitted via resolution for $150. If linens are damaged or missing a charge will be sent via resolution. We just ask to treat our home as yours.

Our pricing is dynamic depending on dates, demand in the area & amount of guests. We charge extra for groups over 6 people, so please ensure your dates are correct +amount of guests are correct before booking.

Inform if you are considering to have an event were there are more than 12 people in the house.

We do our best to keep pest control and get rid of all pests. You might find some bugs during your stay. We have insect repellent in the garage and unfortunately we can’t control the roaches outside. :(
