Welcome to Pelican Cottage - steps away from East Beach and Gould's Inlet! The Pelican Cottage is located in historic East Beach on St. Simon's Island. The home is located on a double lot just over a block away from Goulds inlet. This home sleeps 14 total!

MAIN HOUSE
- Second floor: Master King bedroom and bathroom
- Second floor: Dual twin bedroom and bathroom
- Second floor: Queen bedroom
- Third floor: Private king suite with ocean views
-Third floor: Full pullout sofa bed in the upstairs living area

GUEST COTTAGE:
- Bunk room
- King bedroom with bathroom

Parking:
- There is room for 5 cars to park comfortably! Host is not responsible for finding over flow parking.
*Please do not park on the grass*

Other things to note:
- Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am
-This is not a pet friendly home.
- Every bathroom comes with a hair dryer
- In the butlers pantry you will find a drip coffee pot and Keurig to enjoy during your stay
- Pool heating is available for $100/day ($300 minimum; $700 maximum).
- Minimum age requirement to book the property is 25 years old.

It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped.
