Kommen Sie nach Harwich und wohnen Sie in unserem Haus im ursprünglichen Cape-Stil in einer sicheren, ruhigen Gegend in einer sieben-Häuser-Sackgasse an der Cape Cod Rail Trail (CCRT). Es ist nah an allen Annehmlichkeiten, die das Cape zu bieten hat, einschließlich kurzer Fußweg zum Hinckley und Long Teiche von der CCRT. Die Harwich Strände sind nur 3 Meilen Fahrt! Der Red River Strand mit seinen warmen Wassern von Nantucket Sound und Pleasant Street sind zwei unserer Favoriten!

Die Lage ist perfekt für die frühen Morgenstunden oder Abendspaziergänge zu jeder Jahreszeit! Diese geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft mit nautischem / Strand-Thema verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, alle mit Kingsize-Betten, 3 Vollbäder und eine Master-Suite, die eine Jacuzzi-Wanne hat. Bettwäsche ist inbegriffen. Es gibt zusätzliche Schlafplätze auf der unteren Ebene mit Etagenbetten und ein Klappbett ist ebenfalls verfügbar.

Unser charmantes Haus wurde im Jahr 2018 renoviert, um im ersten Stock gut ausgestattete neue Küchenschränke aus Ahornholz und Eichenparkett einzubauen. Es gibt eine private 20x13 Deck mit Tisch und Stühlen mit Blick auf einen gepflegten Rasenfläche Hof groß genug für Ball spielen, Krocket, Bohnensack werfen usw. Steinmauer mit reifen Anpflanzungen bieten Privatsphäre.

Entspannen Sie im hellen und sonnigen Wohnzimmer im ersten Stock mit Palladiumdecke, die zum Esszimmer und den Decksbereichen führt. Die geräumige Außendusche mit Red Cedar ist klassisch für das Cape! Es gibt Liegestühle, Boggie Boards, Sonnenschirm, Kühler und verschiedene Spiele für Ihren Gebrauch. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten zählen zentrale Klimaanlage und stromlose Einheiten im Keller und MBR, kabelloses Highspeed-Internet (WIFI), Smart-TV, Blu-ray, Kabel und alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause. Der Gasgrill ist zum Grillen bereit.

Check-in am Freitag, um schweren Cape Cod Verkehr zu vermeiden, der normalerweise mehr mit Samstagswechseln gesehen wird.

Home is spacious, everything you need is provided, and the location is great. The biking/walking trail is nearby and is a beautiful trail. The owner was very quick to respond to any issues. Having a garage was an added benefit.

We absolutely love staying at Elaine’s home—this was our second time here, and we’ve already booked again for next year! The location couldn’t be better, with the Cape Cod Rail Trail right out back for walks or bike rides, and just a quick drive to some of our favorite beaches. The house itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need (and more!). Elaine is a wonderful host—so accommodating and easy to communicate with, which makes the whole experience stress-free. This home has truly become our Cape tradition, and we can’t wait to return!

Our primary residence is in Unionville CT where we have lived many years. Our dream was to own a home in Cape Cod and we love all the towns uniqueness but especially Harwich!

I have been vacationing in Cape Cod since childhood and adore the Cape! I have fond memories of my yearly vacations with my parents and brother many years ago. I love the beaches, shops, galleries and much more that the Cape has to offer. My dream was to own a home on Cape Cod. We would like to share our home with you and hope you can make your own special memories for years to come!

LOCATION!! For the golf enthusiast, Cranberry Valley Golf Course is located 1.3 miles away, was rated "excellent" by Zagat, and voted as "best of Cape Cod" 2011.

Shoppers have a wide selection to choose from including various antiques dealers, quaint Chatham shops, Outlets, Cape Cod Mall all within a 30 min drive.

Walk to Hinckleys Pond is 1/2 mile down the bike trail. Proceed to Pleasant Lake General store then head to Long Pond which is on the Brewster/Harwich line. This lake is the largest in Cape Cod as well as one of the best in New England. The lakes are perfect for all of your favorite water time sports. The beaches have their own unique features with nearby sound beaches in Harwich as well as Cape Cod National Seashore beaches!

Cape Cod is a nostalgic year round destination! The summer is special where Harwich Port is a short drive with its many shops, art galleries. and restaurants. The Wychmere Harbor is a photographer's dream. Historic Harwich center has bands, concerts and award winning craft shows. Neighboring Chatham and Brewster are must see destinations and have their unique characteristics. Fall is exciting and filled with memorable activities. There is less traffic, no crowds and all the restaurants are open. The Harwich Cranberry festival is one of the largest and oldest, attracting over 100,000 people annually in this 10 day event in September which culminates with a spectacular fireworks display. Enjoy the sunshine and swim in the warm lakes, bay & ocean beaches with no parking hassles or fees! Winter is the quietest season; visit picturesque small villages for holiday shopping, catch views of lighthouses, culinary gems or check out the dunes. The Cape comes alive in the spring where trees bloom & days become warmer. This is the perfect time to visit the outer cape and gentle trail walk of Fort Hill in Eastham. The Pilgrim monument in Provincetown opens April 1st & is the tallest all granite structure in the USA. Spectacular view!
