Everything was better than expected in this charming home. The location made it easy to get to anywhere and access to the bike trail was just out the back door. Very clean and well supplied—highly recommend!

This was our first experience with a VRBO and it didn't disappoint. Elaine was a wonderful host. Her home was spotless, all amenities that were listed were available. She was very friendly and communicative. It was easy to find, check-in and check-out and there was an amazing binder of places to eat, view, etc. Very convienient and will be staying again next year.

I have stayed at a number of rental homes and this home was one of the best. It was very clean, had plenty of room for five adults, had a spacious backyard that backed up to the Cape Cod Rail Trail (a huge plus as we biked the entire trail), it had a well stocked kitchen and we could bring our dogs (another huge plus!!). I highly recommend this home! The location is excellent. I can’t say enough positive things about this home!

This house is clean and lovely! The yard is incredibly beautiful and conveniently located to the bike trail. The outdoor shower was large and clean. The house felt huge and equipped with everything we could need. The property is clean and very well maintained! We would 100% book again! Central air works great and the House smells clean! Zero complaints!

Lovely home that was comfortable for whole family and pets. Host was great in sending information before our arrival with specific instructions for the use of the property which alleviated any questions we might have had. Appreciated the use of the beach chairs, games, etc. which allowed us to not have to pack all of that as we traveled some distance. Location was central to many areas we explored. Would visit again. My family and I had a lovely stay at 11 Penobscot Way. The location was excellent — centrally located with easy access to everything we needed. The home was comfortable, and the kitchen table created the perfect setting for a fun family game night. We especially enjoyed walks along the nearby bike path, with the conservation trust area just about a quarter mile down the trail. Elaine was very responsive, helpful, and always available when needed.

By staying for two weeks I'm sure you were able to experience all Harwich has to offer with gorgeous beaches, quaint shops and much more. The close proximity of the rail trail which can be seen from the backyard of the house is always a favorite. You took very good care of my house which I appreciate! Come again!

Excellent house situated away from the beaches but very close to Rte. 6. It made an ideal home base as my daughter played golf tournaments in the area during April break. Very roomy, nicely updated. Upstairs has a massive master (though no shower, you have to walk down the hall to shower). You can tell they have done work recently. Nice hardwoods throughout is a nice update. We had issues with the WiFi when we checked in by Elaine worked with Xfinity and it was fixed quickly.Overall, perfect place to stay.

Home is spacious, everything you need is provided, and the location is great. The biking/walking trail is nearby and is a beautiful trail. The owner was very quick to respond to any issues. Having a garage was an added benefit.
