Everything as promised, very clean, nice home. Host was responsive and pleasant. It had all the amenities we needed, fully loaded kitchen. We were traveling with a dog and he loved it as well. We didn’t go into the pool as it was cold and we didn’t want to pay to heat it.

This is a lovely home with an exceptionally responsive owner. The property is professionally cleaned & offers everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The adjacent garage is very convenient with a primary suite that has nice separation from the other two bedrooms. Thoughtful touches are found throughout, with a large flatscreen in the great room & an inviting pool area ideal for family gatherings. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to local attractions. Overall, this home is a rare find, with a suite of upgrades that reflect pride in ownership. We feel lucky to have found this gem in Las Cruces.

The property was beautiful and among the cleanest we've ever stayed in. The house is well equipped with flat screen smart TVs in each room, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee maker (with coffee and cream/sugar), etc. gorgeous landscaping and a quiet and safe neighborhood.

Relaxing stay in Las Cruces!

This property is much nicer than the pictures. Walked in and it was clean and smelled great! The pool was a little chilly but that didn't stop our kids from getting in for about 10 mins. Lots of fun and beautiful stay! Excited for our next trip and stay her. Host was quick and very responsive and easy to talk too. Thanks again :)

I was in town for medical related business at one of the hospitals. The owners were kind enough to allow me to check in early and the property was well kept, comfortable and clean. The proximity to restaurants and businesses was very convenient. Quiet neighborhood with good places to walk and run nearby.

Absolutely Perfect

Our family of 4 loved staying at Monica's house. The house is super clean, well decorated, and perfectly equipped for what we needed. The pool was very refreshing for mid-September when temps were still hitting the 90s in Las Cruces. Lastly, kudos to Monica for being very responsive and working with us on the check in.

Very nice

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It is in a nice part of town and a quiet neighborhood. The house is clean and well taken care of. The pool is nice too, but be prepared to pay 5/hr to heat it in the cooler months. The owner was very communicative and helpful. Our biggest complaint is the motion lights over the patio shine into the master bedroom (which doesn’t have blinds or drapes) and woke us up multiple times each night. Also, all of the hand soaps were mostly water which was kind of gross and ineffective. Bring your own hand soap!

I sincerely apologize for the issues with the motion lights and hand soap. I’ll look into adjusting the patio lighting to prevent disruptions in the master bedroom. Immaculate Southwest Museum / BH&G Quality Showcase Gem

The host was responsive, delightful, accommodating, and kind. We received such wonderful, courteous treatment and could not have been happier with the care and consideration of our requests by this hosting team. The property itself was absolutely immaculate. The cleanest vacation home we have ever stayed in. We cannot say enough about the decor and little touches and appointments. The design of the home was a cross between an artfully curated southwest museum exhibit and a Better Homes & Gardens magazine spread. It was so beautifully done that we were just in absolute awe of the host's creativity and flair for design. The pottery, the scupltures, the blankets, the baskets, the color palette, the natural wood vigas. So lovely. There was quite enough cookware, dishware, and kitchen accoutrements for us to make meals, and we appreciated very much that the checkout was easy on us with way fewer chores than in other homes. We did find that paper goods and other consumable supplies like laundry soap were up to us to stock up on (but not a dealbreaker). The hosts provide a really nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser in each bathing area and some very lovely liquid hand soap dispensers, so don't bother bringing too much in the way of toiletries, because they are provided. Giant beach towels and plenty of extras were available (handy for the pristine pool) and those bed pillows! WOW. Very plush. Very nice. The living room TV is enormous. Enjoy!
