You will love “The Dam House” come and have your best Dam vacation yet! “The Dam House” is located near several marinas and boat ramps, on beautiful Center Hill Lake and the caney fork river. It’s 3 bedroom 1 full bath. Bedroom one has a queen size bed. Bedroom two has a queen size bed. Bedroom three has full size bunk beds. Plenty of parking with room for a boat. Fire pit area to relax and a nice deck for grillin and chillin. So many things to do and see at Center Hill Lake

Guests have access to the entire home and yard. The only non guest area is the basement. The basement is off limits to guests.

House Rules

1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed.
3. No pets allowed.
4. Please follow the check out to do list. It is located on the refrigerator and in the welcome binder.
5. No unregistered guests allowed or more than six guests without prior approval.
6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
7. Please respect the noise level at all times to be courteous of the neighbors.
8. Please turn the thermostat AC to 74 degrees in the summer or the heat to 68 degrees in the winter when you go out or check out. Extreme temperature settings will freeze up the heat and air unit causing it not to function.
9. Please respect and adhere to the check-in (4pm CST) and check-out times (10am CST).
10. Please no changing of the locks or door codes
11. Please take care of the furnishings. You will be responsible for all damages.
12. Please don’t rearrange or damage the furniture. You will be responsible for all damages.
13. Please do not park in the grass or yard
14. No illegal substances or illegal activities allowed on the premises.
15. You are renting the main floor of this home. The basement is off limits to guests. Please do not enter.
16. Must be 21yr old or older to rent this property and have a valid ID.
