Welcome to Happy Sol, a bright and relaxing desert retreat located in a quiet neighborhood in Surprise, Arizona. Whether you are visiting for sunshine, golf, Spring Training, or simply a peaceful getaway, this home is designed to make your stay comfortable and easy from the moment you arrive.

We take pride in creating a home that guests truly enjoy staying in. Our goal is simple: when you walk through the door, everything you need should already be here. Many of our guests leave five star reviews, and we work hard to make sure each stay lives up to that standard. You will have a host who genuinely cares about your experience and wants your visit to be relaxing, comfortable, and memorable.

Arizona living is all about the backyard, and Happy Sol was made for relaxing outside. The private pool and patio area are perfect for enjoying the sunshine during the day and unwinding in the evenings while watching the desert sunset. The backyard includes comfortable patio seating, outdoor dining space, and a BBQ grill with propane provided so you can enjoy meals outside by the pool.

Pool heating is available for guests who would like to enjoy the pool during cooler months. The pool can be heated for $50 per day with a three day minimum. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, just let us know ahead of time so we can have everything ready when you arrive.

Inside the home you will find a comfortable, thoughtfully prepared space with the things travelers actually need. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for anything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. You will find cookware, dishes, utensils, a coffee setup, and helpful extras like an air fryer. Bathrooms are stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, fresh bath towels, and plenty of pool towels. Bedrooms are prepared with comfortable beds, quality sheets, and soft linens so you can relax and sleep well after a day in the Arizona sun.

Happy Sol is conveniently located near several popular attractions in the Surprise and northwest Phoenix area. Spring Training baseball at Surprise Stadium is just a short drive away, along with golf courses, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. The area also offers easy access to hiking, day trips around the Valley, and everything the Phoenix metro area has to offer.

We simply ask guests to follow a few common sense guidelines so the home stays comfortable for everyone. Please clean up after your pet in the yard and do not allow pets on beds or furniture. If additional cleaning is required due to pet messes, additional fees may apply. Most guests travel with wonderful pets and we are happy to host them.
