We agree that this is an important feature for guests to clearly understand when considering the property, and we will make sure the listing information is as clear as possible. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the pool, waterfall, slide, BBQ area, additional sitting areas, large kitchen, numerous bathrooms, and the unique design of the Japanese Retreat. Your feedback has been shared with our cleaners and maintenance team, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

I am sorry you didn’t t find your stay perfect. Every bedroom features a separate entrance, and while two of the ten bedrooms are connected to adjacent rooms, they also have direct access to the outdoors, allowing you to enter without going through any other bedrooms if you prefer.
