Welcome to our Japanese Retreat Inspired by the beautiful gardens, temples and modern elements that resemble Asia. It’s is a 22,000 sq ft private oasis, completely fenced in with private gate entry and an abundance of parking space. This home is newly built with all new furniture, pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, basketball court, putting green and is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation..

Upon entry into the compound you are welcomed by a mural of Japanese Warriors and beautifully manicured bamboo trees. Immediately beyond this wall you are engulfed by a zen garden that include water features and multiple lounge areas, providing a perfect space for yoga at sunrise. Once inside, our contemporary home satisfies guests with the finest in luxury showcased at every turn, every texture and every amenity featuring the modern elegance of Room & Board furnishings. Unwind in the large open great room with plentiful entertainment such as billiards & poker, or have a beverage while sitting at a sleek Japanese-inspired bar. The floor to ceiling Japanese art is also to be admired. A gourmet grand kitchen with a double oven, a double stove and a double fridge awaits the chef in you! A wine cooler at the end of the ginormous island allows for perfectly tempered wine and beer.

Be assured your party will rest easy, with 10 full size bedrooms, 16 Queen sized beds, 2 sofa-beds and 2 King size beds. 8 bedrooms have 2 Queen size beds in each bedroom, 2 bedrooms have a King size bed in each bedroom and 2 sofa-beds are in the living room. The 10 full size bathrooms are all equipped with individual Bluetooth speakers, luxury rain shower fixtures and massage jets guarantee to satisfy our guests after a long day on the Las Vegas Strip. Pamper yourself in the master suite as you enjoy the modern walnut furnishings, heated toilet seat/bidet, and large bathtub.

Ready for your vacation to begin, step into the backyard oasis filled with activities for everyone. Take a dip in the large pool, equipped with three waterfalls, and a water slide. Opposite the water slide you will find a grotto finished with a hot tub. Work on your golf game at the putting and chipping green. Enjoy a game of basketball on the basketball court. Want to entertain outside, utilize the full-size outdoor kitchen equipped with a drink cooler, gas grill, hot plates and wok burner. Outdoor dining for any size group is easy with 6 pergolas that include dining tables. Within the compound you will feel a world away with the privacy granted from the meticulous landscape design.

Strategically located 5 minutes from the abundance of restaurants in China Town and only 10 minutes to the Las Vegas Strip, the list of amenities go on and on...you truly have to see it for yourself.

All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, towels are also included.

Pool and Spa can be heated upon your request, 100$ per day fee needs to be paid 24 hours in advance.

Crib, High Chair, Bouncer, Baby Walker and Toys can be provided upon your request.

The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.
