Voll klimatisiert! Der Komplex verfügt über private Tennisplätze, ein offenes tropisches Gelände für Kinder und Erwachsene zum Spazierengehen, Tischtennis, Privatparkplätze, Grills und WLAN in der gemeinsamen Cabana. Entspannen Sie auf unserer privaten Veranda im Erdgeschoss, bei der Außen und Innen miteinander verschmelzen. Genießen Sie die voll ausgestattete Küche mit maßgefertigten Kirschholzschränken, einem neu gestalteten Badezimmer und Möbeln, die Ihnen ein Wailea-Flair zu einem Kihei-Preis verleihen! Die Meeresbrise fließt durch die abgeschirmte Vordertür und den Lanai hin und her, wodurch diese Wohnung ein angenehmes Klima bietet, in dem keine Klimaanlage erforderlich ist. We enjoyed our stay at 1E. This unit was very well equipped and comfortable for us with great cross breeze, fans, and quiet ac when we needed it. The grounds were nicely maintained and the gardens crew were friendly. The location is central to many activities though all require a drive. We did some great snorkeling further south down the coast and hiked up in the mountains. The beach across the street is nice for walking or wading.The unit was clean and well stocked. However, the floors would benefit from a good mopping as they turned the soles of our feet brown even on our first day.

Check was nice and easy, the kitchen items were very nice, but we didn’t cook much, just hot water for coffee.

Great place for a family

Was spacious, clean, and well stocked for our family of 5. The kids really enjoyed the pool, loved the location and the condo was really nice.

Trip before boys return to the school year. Great place, great pool, wonderful deck. Wonderful place to hub out of for our Maui adventures

Sun, fun and relaxation! Where else can you play tennis, then a round of ping-pong with your kids, jump in the pool for a swim, unwind in a hot tub, get some sun tanning in, then shower off, BBQ some lunch and get a game of shuffleboard in with the whole family. In the evening, take a stroll on the beach, watch the sunset while picking up a few unique seashells then relax on the lanai while gazing up at the star-lit sky. Wow!
