A 60m2 stone built home suitable for up to 3 people. The living room offers one double bed and one single bed that can be used as sofa in front of the 20’ flat TV. There are a study, wardrobe and a box of board games. Absolutely stunning views to the sea, mountain and village can be enjoyed from this area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances to prepare your daily meals. A washer is available for your convenience. There is a dining table for six. The kitchen area has lovely sea views. There is a bathroom with shower.

One of its highlights is the amazing 25m2 roofed balcony with outdoor furniture offering panoramic views of the beautiful Skoutari Bay and Kythira island on the background! its 500m2 terrace and its unique mulberry tree offer natural shade for the warm summer days!

The home is located in a traditional Maniot settlement, a protected Natura area, called Kalivia. At 10 minutes away by car, you will find a mini market, restaurant, and cafe. The nearby towns of Gytheio or Areopoli are only half an hour drive and offer a wide range of shops, services, bars, and restaurants.

Home is located in a quiet little village perched above the sea and provides spectacular views of coast and mountains. Home offers panorama and grandstand views of the birds and wildlife (and a place to bond with the local cats). All around there are quiet beaches.

Nearby Skoutari is great for eating on the beach, while Gythio has a terrific Friday market, Take the road down through Kotronas and beyond for more fabulous views, swimming and food, or wind upwards into the mountains for churches and mystery. Kalamata Airport is about two hours' drive via the faster route towards Sparta, or 2.5 hours on the scenic route via Kardamyli.
