Kathy's Condo at The Victorian was very well decorated and had everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation. The condo and pool was beautiful gated community. Perfect location Walmart around the corner and Academy just down the street. It is a little smaller than I was use to, Two burner stove and a small to mid size refrigerator. But perfect for my quick trip to Galveston. Very clean and well taken care of.

Kathy was an amazing host! She was quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo was the perfect size for my husband and me, and it was decorated in a cute beach theme. Everything was as clean and comfortable. We’ll definitely stay again!

The property was located perfectly for our vacation plans. It was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed and not oversized. Check in was smooth with the condo staff and owner communicating with us all we needed to know for a great stay. Definitely worth the booking!

The condo is very close to the beach! Kathy was very informative and her communication skills were amazing! The condo was decorated so cute! Very cozy and perfect for us. We had two children and 2 adults. She has beach toys, cooler, 2 umbrellas, chairs! Beach across the street-If you have a wagon, the steps are steep and very difficult to get it down! Go on down until you find the area with the ramp, or Stewart Beach, they have bathrooms and outdoor showers. The sand is softer and prettier.

A perfect place for grandpa and grandma to stay with the two grandsons. Easy access to the beach. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped for our two day stay. The host communicated well with us. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the waves crash on the beach.

Place is very nice and clean. Parking charge should be in listing. Not bad but unexpected. Enjoyed our trip. I’m from Galveston so is a nice place to stay when visiting. Only suggestion I have is replace the bed. It’s very uncomfortable. The second night I slept on the couch.

The facility fee which includes parking for two vehicles is in the description on the website in several places and it’s also included in the letter that I emailed you along with your Guest form prior to your stay. First complaint I’ve heard about the mattress. It’s only a couple years old. I will check that out this week when I’m on property appreciate your business pleasure hosting you.

My son wanted to go fishing in the ocean for his 16th birthday and I wanted to find us a nice place to stay other than a hotel. When I came across this place, I thought it would be perfect and it absolutely was. Beautifully decorated and it had a balcony overlooking the pool and you could also see the beach. We were pretty much walk everywhere we needed to which was really nice. He had the best time ever and didn’t want to come home. I would absolutely stay in this rental again….everything was perfect and we had a wonderful time together
