* Brown Ave is a single level 1250 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located on a quiet street in a desirable neighborhood perfectly suited for your getaway.
* Brown Ave is the perfect location when planning a full day of Kentucky exploring, bourbon tasting or enjoying the ponies! Not only is it a convenient location for travel, our home has hosted bridal showers, weddings, birthday parties and more! Our private back yard comes equipped with a gorgeous shade tree, privacy fencing, a large deck, outdoor furniture and a grill to meet your hosting needs!
* The home is minutes away from distilleries, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and the shops of downtown Shelbyville and a short drive to Louisville, Frankfort, Lexington & more!
* The welcoming living room features extra comfortable reclining seating, a Smart TV and electric fireplace (yes, it provides heat!).
* The dining room seats up to 8 people and is open to the fully equipped kitchen that features granite counters. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, a keurig/drip coffee maker with all your coffee needs, silverware, plates, cups, bowls, knife set, can opener, measuring cups, mixing bowls, strainer, baking sheets, and pots/pans. The washer and dryer are located off the kitchen in the mudroom.
* There are three charming bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first is a queen bedroom with an adjustable mattress, smart tv, and closet. The second is a queen bedroom with an adjustable mattress and vanity. The third room is currently set up as an office with a reclining couch that will serve as a full size bed, desk, printer and closet.

Other things to note
The home is located near a historical railroad that runs through Shelbyville and adjacent Kentucky towns. The train can be heard throughout the entire town during the day and occasionally during the night.
