Thank you for your review. I’m glad the location and amenities worked well for you, and I’m very sorry the unit fell short in several areas. Maintenance did address the shower drain promptly, and we have reported the ceiling leak and the temporary metal patch to the owner and building maintenance for a permanent repair — I understand how frustrating the dripping must have been. The missing front-door safety latch has also been reported for replacement. We’ve passed along your concerns about the range, microwave, countertops, and overall condition to the owner for evaluation and potential updates. The bed, headboard fastening, and mattress padding have been flagged for repair or replacement, and we are arranging a deeper cleaning and cosmetic refresh to brighten the unit. Thank you again for the detailed feedback — it helps us improve. We hope to welcome you back for a much-improved stay on the beach.
