The Space:

Classic A-Frame cabin in beautiful North Lake Tahoe, CA. This 3BD/2BA vacation rental features a private hot tub, two-car garage and high ceilings. Great for families, groups of friends or even couples weekend in the mountains! Upstairs is a spacious master bedroom with king bed and private bathroom. Bunk bed and a twin bed in the downstairs bedroom add enough space for up to seven guests. Large south facing deck is perfect for relaxing in the sierra sun!



This property is located in the Agate Bay subdivision, a small community in North Lake Tahoe, CA. Agate Bay is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with access to hiking/biking trails, many of which lead you to the famous Tahoe Rim Trail. A short five-minute drive for shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and more! World class ski resorts are anywhere from 15-30 minutes from the cabin.



All ABP vacation rentals come equipped with high-speed Internet, linens, towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), washer/dryer, and BBQ (summer only). If you have special requests, please let us know.



Important:

On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance.



Some Highlights Include:

•Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound.

•Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.

•Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 4



Due to extreme fire danger- The use of any outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited in any of our rental properties. All charcoal or wood burning bbq's are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
