Welcome to our spacious, single-level 3,000 sq. ft. retreat, perfectly situated off the scenic Red Rock Loop Rd in West Sedona!

Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, this home offers unparalleled access to Red Rock State Park, endless hiking trails, and national forest adventures—all while being just 10 minutes from town!

This home provides plenty of space to spread out while enjoying the heated pool, hot tub, and outdoor gathering areas for a truly immersive Sedona experience!

The Space

With four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests. Three of the bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms for added privacy.

The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for any culinary creation, whether you’re whipping up a quick breakfast before a hike or preparing a feast to enjoy at the spacious dining table for 8. With stainless steel appliances, a Keurig & drip coffee maker, and a large island with barstool seating for 4, this space is designed for effortless meals and conversation.

Outdoor & Entertainment Spaces – A Retreat in Nature
Step outside, and you’ll find that the beauty of Sedona surrounds you at every turn. The large yard offers the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. Lounge by the heated pool, take a rejuvenating soak in the hot tub, or unwind in the outdoor barrel sauna.

For a little friendly competition, rally your friends for a game of pickleball on our private artificial turf pickleball court, perfect for sunny Sedona afternoons. Or test out your putting skills on our 4-hole putting green.

As night falls, gather around the firepit, where the flickering flames set the stage for an evening under the stars. Challenge your group to a round of ping-pong, foosball, cornhole, or darts in the game room, or simply kick back and enjoy the peaceful desert air.

Pool Heating Info:
🔥 Pool heat is available for an additional fee: (3 night minimum)
• October–March: $150/day
• April–September: $100/day
• The spa is heated at no additional charge

Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance for the pool heat fee.

Guests will have access to the entire property except for the locked supply closet.

This home is located off of Red Rock Loop about 10 minutes to the heart of West Sedona and 15 minutes to Uptown Sedona. This is a rural and quiet residential area with quick access to outdoor attractions. This is a private 1.7 acre property located at the end of a gravel driveway.

This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.

Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $1500 for deodorization.
