This 3 bed 2 bath unit has been renovated to the highest standards and comes fully furnished and with an elevator in building! Ocean Villas is a well-loved oceanfront complex for vacationers. It is a 10 min drive to historic downtown St Augustine. It is located within the coveted ''golden mile'' of St Augustine Beach, which is the heart of the beach and has wonderful restaurants, shopping and a beautiful beach that extends for miles in either direction North or South, perfect for walking, biking or beachcombing! There is private beach access from the complex and a community beachfront gazebo. There are two pools, the ''lagoon pool'' which is heated in winter, and the beachside zero entry pool, both fresh out of recent renovations. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.
This spacious second floor condo also offers an oversized balcony that is accessible from the living areas as well as the primary bedroom.
Beyond the luxury of this unit, the Ocean Villas community offers resort-style amenities that elevate the beachfront experience. Private gated beach access ensures your days by the ocean are both serene and exclusive. Say goodbye to the hassle of beach parking, as this community offers free parking for residents and their guests. The landscape throughout the complex is beautifully maintained, providing a lush and inviting atmosphere.

Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. No pets allowed. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.
The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
