We had a wonderful stay at this property! The host was fantastic and very responsive. The home was superb...spotlessly clean, extremely well stocked, and it truly felt like we were staying in our own home. The house and property were actually larger than they appeared in the photos, which was a great surprise. The pool was amazing! The location was also very convenient. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and had such a wonderful time with our family. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to returning again soon!

Wonderful & memorable vacation home

This was the most perfectly stocked home we have ever vacationed at. It was in a beautiful area of Phoenix we have never stayed before. Our kids absolutely enjoyed every minute of December swimming they possibly could! Everything about our weekend couldn't have been more perfect. We will keep this home in our favorites and book it again next Cardinals season when we come to watch our games. Thanks for being such attentive and responsive hosts!

5-Star Desert Oasis in Carefree

Our March stay at this Carefree property was absolutely wonderful! After renting homes in this area for over a decade, I can confidently say this ranks among the very best we've experienced.The house was immaculately clean and well-maintained throughout. The kitchen deserves special mention as it was exceptionally well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay.We particularly enjoyed the private backyard with its heated swimming pool - perfect for relaxing after exploring Tonto National Forest. The neighborhood is peaceful and ideal for evening strolls, with downtown Carefree being just an easy walk away.Jodi and Dean had timely responses to all of our requests and needs. This is truly a top-notch property that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic and comfortable Arizona experience. We'll definitely be considering this home for future visits to Carefree!

My husband Dean and I are both born and raised in Wa state. We have a daughter and 3 dogs 2 Labradors and a tiny little Yorkie we inherited from our daughter. Dean graduated from the University of Washington and runs the family floor covering store. He enjoys hunting and fishing and we both enjoy the outdoors and music. I love architecture and fashion as well as the outdoors and exercising. I was a Dental assistant for 30 years and retired from my previous employer after 25 years. I now work at the family business and together we like to boat, hike, travel and play pickleball. Our daughter Emily, has a dog and a horse that she barrel races. Emily was recently married in September of 2025. We are very excited to see what the future holds for her and her husband. We hope to one day pass this beautiful property on to her and her family.

I went to go on a hike with friends to the falls in Carefree. As we were driving there and coming into the town of Carefree, I noticed we were in this serene picturesque setting, the neighborhood was a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Despite its quiet, small town charm, it’s just a short walking or driving distance from the town center, making it an ideal location. The area had such beautiful mature landscapes. And a beautiful Spa just down the street. The streets had people enjoying outdoor activities-biking, running, and walking. It seemed like a safe and welcoming atmosphere. I called Dean and told him our direction has changed and we are now looking in the Carefree, Cave Creek area. Amenities are conveniently close by ensuring that we have everything we need within reach from grocery stores and cafés to essential services, The ease of access and the quality of life here had a vibe to it and we wanted it. This is the 2nd house we made an offer on in the area and we believe it was meant to be that we ended up with Correcaminos.
Deans requirements for the house were private, views and a pool to his liking and a large Saguaro in the yard. And I NAILED IT with this one, and here we are. The neighborhood exudes a small town country feel with ample opportunities for outdoor enthusiast, hiking trails that offer stunning views, and a chance to connect with nature, golf courses provide leisure recreation, and a beautiful Spa (Civana) 0.03 miles down the road, while the presence of local wildlife adds to the areas charm.
This neighborhood was perfect for us, seeking a peaceful, active lifestyle amidst the natural beauty with the added benefit of being close to urban conveniences. We love, love, love being here!!
