Great location and plenty of space for a group traveling together! Location had a secure entry with locked entrance and code access. Front desk folks extremely helpful and friendly! We informed the front desk personnel of an incident with guests from another room, and they were extremely responsive. They researched the security camera to see what the issue was and handled it with extreme care for our guest experience. Could not be happier with the stay and services offered! Looking forward to a return to NOLA and the Natchez!

The apartment was great! Pleanty of room for everyone. Clean and comfy with very nice showers. Enjoyed the pool terrace! Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again when I'm in the area.

The Natchez was the perfect property for our group! Within walking distance to the French Quarter, but tucked away on a quiet street. Our 4br/3ba unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Great stay with kids

Great stay in New Orleans over Thanksgiving. Perfect place for this trip - kind of a VRBO/Hotel hybrid with a front desk and a pool. Super nice staff, and kid friendly for my daughters (age 10 and 12)

A terrific spot for 9 (nine!) fellas to post up during a bachelor weekend. We took advantage of the amenities here from the pool and hot tubs, the outdoor grilling, the concierge-ing, and the chocolate pirouettes every time we took the elevator. Great showers, comfy beds, and a well-appointed kitchen. Would stay again.

Beautiful place to stay!

Great property, close to every so many attractions and great restaurants! It was so much nicer than a hotel and could have accommodated many more people! Staff always present to answer questions or just a text away! Highly recommend!

Natchez- Sugar Bowl trip

A top quality property which I am recommending to friends and family. Great location, modern interior, very comfortable beds, rooms big with great decor- all in all, perfect for our group Sugar trip. Front desk was super helpful too!

Great place to stay

We arrived early and they allowed us to store our luggage. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Definitely worth the money to stay there. Pool is small but does the job. At check out they allowed us to leave our stuff with them and pick it up later. Can't wait to go back again.

Excellent location and service

Everything about this property was excellent. The customer service , response to query and willing ness to help is truly one of a kind. We were a group of women, who were particular about cleanliness a, safety and proximity to near by hangouts, tourist places. Could not have asked fur more , would definitely recommend. Excellent location! Close to everything. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Condo is exactly as pictured. Modern and clean. The building is staffed with front desk support to help with any needs. Friendly employees and other guests. Would stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Perfect for a group of women or couples!

We were located within walking distance of the French Quarter, the CBD, Harrah's, the Convention Center and the Shoppes on Canal. We walked to Rouse's to stock up on groceries. The staff was ALWAYS courteous, no matter the question or situation. The property is clean and more sound proof than any other property we've stayed in here in NOLA. Highly recommend staying here. You won't regret it.

This property is amazing. Basically 3 master suites. Great space. Comfortable beds. I didn’t know balcony was not private. It’s not accessible from the unit. Could use condiments & spices n instant coffeee in unit but they did have ample plates glasses and cookware. Would stay here again!!!!!

Best place ever!

The pictures online do not do this place justice! We came down here for a bachelorette party and had the best time. The place was amazing and the perfect space for everyone. The beds were hands down the comfiest beds I have ever slept in and the same with the comforter and sheets. One of the best nights of sleep while on vacation ever. The workers there were more than helpful with whatever we needed and were always there for assistance and help. Lastly, the location was perfect! not too far away from downtown and within walking distance of so much. I would give higher than 5 stars if I could.

Great location, good condo

Good location modern interior. A few deficiencies. Shower in master bedroom not hot, ceiling fan very noisy. No dressers or drawers for clothing storage in bedrooms. Cool interior hard to adjust in cool weather. Counter top power outlets intermittently nonfunctional. Management informed.
