A Gorgeous Home with a spectacular view of the Bodega Bay close to the park and water with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms comfortably sleeps 5 persons with an updated Kitchen with all-new stainless-steel appliances ready for cooking. There is a king bed, a queen bed, and a full bed. There are 3 Tvs and EV car charger 240V available upon request. The interior of the house is freshly painted, and the flat level is all hardwood flooring and the upper level is an all-new carpet. This home is all about view, peace, and rest. With a complimentary coffee and tea and No loud party allowed.

Beautiful weekend

My friends and I had a lovely time in this home. The location was perfect for us, and we felt like we were close to many attractions and restaurants. In addition, the home was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. Sam was super helpful and responsive in their communication, which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

Great views

The neighborhood and house was peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the views and the location was convenient to Doran Beach. We were blessed by the weather with sunny days, gorgeous sunsets, and clear starry skies. Homey, clean and comfortable!

This was a Wonderful Stay, and so close to everything in Bodega Bay, we spent our days at doran beach with my husband, son-in-law and Granddaughter. The House is Beautiful with a panoramic view of the bay, comfortable, and very inviting. We will definitely book another stay here when we come back to Bodega Bay. Fantastic spot for relaxation!

We had a mom’s getaway and stayed here. It was really the perfect spot to hang, relax, and catch up with friends while enjoying the amazing views. Beautiful walks right out your door, hike the shore just a short drive away, and super fresh seafood at restaurants in Bodega Bay. Sam was a very responsive host. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked.

Secret place

I reluctantly leave this review because I want to keep this a hidden gem. It’s actually our second time here. My family and I love this because it feels like a place my parents would’ve owned. It’s just homey that way. The view is immense and delightful and you can see Beach from the deck. Sam is a kind and gracious host and very accommodating! We’re coming back.

Fabulous place for a family of four!

We had such an amazing time and the view of the Bodega and Doran beach is amazing! The drive to Doran is a couple minutes. It is a perfect place for a family of four and the upstairs has a queen and another queen in a little room. The owner of the property left clear directions, was very fast in responding, and the house is super cute! There’s a hose out front and the hardwood floors make it easy to sweep downstairs. The homes around are quiet and it was wonderful to escape the heat. We will definitely be back because of the view, the cozy home and comfortable beds, and the quick access to all the beaches and Bodega!

Nice but outdated

It was nice had a great view but was very outdated and you had to keep everything very clean and put away due to ant problems. Fridge and freezer were full of food which was a little awkward feeling. The downstairs bed was a lot smaller than the frame which was not comfortable for the person on that side of the bed.

This is not a hotel and it's our 2nd home so we really care for. We asked you to put back things you take to original place because the house doesn't get messed up. I don't know what kind of house you live in but to keep things organized and cleaned starts with putting things back otherwise the whole house would become a mess. You left the front door unlocked first then the upper door unlocked at the end which were reckless caused safety issue. We provided you a clean house and we expected you not to mess things up as we have rules to keep things cleaned. The lower bed is a king size bed and upper bed is a queen size and no one had any issue with them. We replace all bedding before guests check-in. There was no food in the refrig except the cream for coffee and some sauces and they were complimentary to use but you don't need to use if you don't want any. Again, this is our 2nd home and we get it cleaned before the guests check-in. Good luck.

Incredible getaway

Imagine watching Alfred Hitchcock’s The Birds and viewing the Bay at the same time. My little yet incredible family stayed at this property. We left upset, only because we couldn’t bring the beds with us. 😂 This space has so much warmth and charm. We felt welcomed, safe and at home the moment we arrived. Appliances are brand new. Disappointing but spectacular view.

I have rented many homes through VRBO but I’ve never stayed in a home where the owner would not accommodate turning up the water heater so that guests did not have to take tepid showers for three nights. Very unpleasant. Also, the home is quite dated and not enough blankets or extra towels.

It's very funny because the water is as hot as it can be without causing skin damage to the guests. We indeed responded to Kat immediately within few minutes when Kat asked to increase the water temperature. The water is usually set on 105 to 110 degrees per guideline recommended by the plumber considering children or some persons with skin issue. I personally took shower every time I’m there and I found it very hot. There many blankets in the house. We got a couple of them in each room. There are maybe 5 or more blankets inside the upper bedroom closet. Each bed had an additional blanket on the top of beddings. The house maybe aged but it's well maintained and updated with new carpet, new paint throughout and new appliances. We get it thoroughly cleaned by professional crew right after the guests leaving. We put 5 bath towels for these couple and 5 hand towels and they didn’t use them all. I think Kat is just very unfair person with such an unbelievable/untrue comment.
