The house its central to Peñasco downtown 10, min drive to tourist attraction Malecon, 5 min to Mirador beach area, 10 min to Playa Bonita, Playa Las Conchas, and 20 to Playa Encanto. 3 min to La Curva Restaurant and less than 10 min to others.

Guests have access to entire property, top and bottom, terrace, patio except mother in law quarter (small guest house) that its in the premises.

Please be respectful & professional of each other space as well a as the property inside and out. No smoking on premises, no illicit drugs, no irrational behavior.
