This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, single level, property located in Snowcreek Phase 2. It has a maximum occupancy of 4, which includes children of all ages. TOML-CPAN-14378.

Park in the lot nearest the property. Walk your building's pathway, then you'll walk down a set of steps to the building landing. You'll walk up a step and down a step to arrive at the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door where you'll find the entire property on the ground level.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.

Decent Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is ground floor, which makes for easy arrival and departure. It is nicely remodeled throughout with the exception of the extremely worn leather couches in the living room. This was disappointing and deterred us from sitting on them. They should really be replaced. The kitchen and bathroom were pleasant although the kitchen could really use a few additional utensils like a few utility knives (not just steak knives) and a silicone spatula, pasta spoon and slotted spoon. The old plastic ones are melted from being used in high heat. Additional dinner plates would be helpful as well. Also, something had spilled into the ice tray discoloring the ice, so we needed to empty the tray, wash it and let it refill with ice. The main bed was very nice and comfortable. The alcove bed is extremely narrow, is a traditional coil mattress with no topper so not that comfortable and really only suitable for a child or very petite adult. I am 5’5” and could lay there but had no room to spread out. The bathroom door did not close when we arrived. Fortunately, we had some tools and readjusted where the doorknob fit into the catchment on the frame and then it worked fine. Property management was extremely helpful and allowed us early entry to the unit since we arrived early than expected. The unit is a short 3-4 min walk from the hot tub and a little bit further to the shuttle stop. So, be prepared to schlep your gear in the winter if you plan to use the shuttle to get to the mountain. Overall it was a decent stay but some attention to detail in the unit is needed.

The unit was attractive and provided all the basic needs but some of the furnishings were worn and needed replacement. I thought they did a good job ensuring covid protections.I really liked the idea of not having to check-in at an office because I was given a code to access the unit directly. However, we we're told check-in was at 4:00 but then received a message indicating our unit was ready for check in at any time. When we arrived at the unit, the code I was given would not open the door. I contacted property management and they said check-in wasn't until 4:00 and that's why the code didn't work. So the message I received was very misleading because it implied the room was available immediately. They opened the door remotely and we were able to gain access to the unit after just a few minutes. Then, on Valentines Day, we returned from dinner at 10:00 and our code would no longer open the door. It was in the low 20s and very windy and we were locked out of our room for about 15 minutes. I sent messages through the app but didn't get an immediate reply. I called the number I was given in one of the communications but it was a reservation number and not monitored. I then found another number which had a message with a telephone number to which you could send a text message after hours, and that's what I did. I received an immediate call back. They tried to control the door remotely but apparently the doorknob battery was dead so we needed a physical key to access the unit. The property manager showed up in about 10 minutes and we were then able to access the room with the key. They were very apologetic but offered nothing to make up for the inconvenience. Mistakes happen but it's how you make up for it that makes all the difference. Because of that, I won't stay here again or recommend it to others.

Pros: no carpet but instead a nice vinyl wood-look flooring, nice shower & double sink in bathroom vanity. The great kitchen remodel makes this unit very appealing. Washer/dryer were efficient. The bed was very comfortable but too high. Cons: lighting in bathroom vanity area, dining area & living room is poor & desperately needs updating. A big negative for us.

Unit 201 good for summer, avoid it in winter

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ground floor unit, no carpets, so very cold floors.Recenly remodeled, but not for convenience. No bathroom counter space, and bathroom lighting too dim for shaving or makeup. I could barely see my contact to get it into my eye, it was that dim. The tub was replaced by a full-sized shower. After a day of skiing, I sometimes like a good soak, but not here. The dining room has two chairs and two long benches, which is ok if you are with kids, but not so good for adults. I continue to recommend SnowCreek, but not 201 unless you go in the summer.
