Welcome to Oasis at River Cuale, situated right on the edge of Old Town, also known as the Zona Romantica. Just a short stroll away, you'll discover the town's top restaurants and bars. The Emiliano Zapata market is a mere 1-2 minute walk, just across the bridge. Follow the riverwalk to Isla Cuale for a leisurely walk among local vendors and the natural beauty of Vallarta. And if you're up for it, it's just a 15-minute walk to reach Malecon and Los Muertos beach.

📌 Other details to note
• You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
• There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.
• Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
• Renters must be at least 25 years old.
• Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
• Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
• Please be advised that visitors of the residents renting the condo are not permitted.
