From the moment you step inside, you’ll notice the attention to detail—vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, warm hardwood floors, and an open-concept layout filled with natural light. Large windows frame breathtaking views of Lake Huron, bringing the outdoors in.

A free-standing gas fireplace sits between the family room and dining area, creating a cozy focal point for cooler evenings. The home is tastefully furnished with all-new pieces, designed for both relaxation and comfort. There’s plenty of space to gather, with a large expandable dining table indoors and three picnic tables outside—two of which convert from benches into full-size tables, perfect for grilling or outdoor meals.

Set on over an acre of private, tree-lined property, you’ll enjoy both seclusion and direct access to the water. The dock features a ladder and ideal water depth for swimming, and the protected bay is perfect for paddling. Two kayaks and a canoe are included for your use, with standard life vests provided (and required) for safety.

While the shoreline is rocky, it’s very swimmable—water shoes are recommended.

Jeeps, Side by Sides and ATVs are welcome, however you must trailer SxSs and ATVs to the trailheads since they are not permitted on M134/Channel Road.
