National Park Stay

The house was very comfortable and easy to locate. The location was great and the town had many restaurants and stores. The house was well stocked, which we appreciated. We enjoyed using the garage. One thing to note, the towel rod and the paper holder in both bathrooms were lose.

Newest and cleanest place in Rim Village

Spacious and clean

We really enjoyed staying here in Moab. The location is a little outside of town, but it’s a really beautiful condo community. My only complaint is that the kitchen was missing a few key supplies. For example there wasn’t a cookie sheet or glass baking dish. The only seasonings were salt and pepper, and there wasn’t any non-stick pan spray etc. It was overall a wonderful condo and I would recommend it to others!

Lacked certain amenities

Decent stay

There was a cupboard in the kitchen area and the cupboard doors were coming off the hinges so each time it was opened it had to be readjusted. There was an absolute terrible smell coming from the garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. Almost smelled like rotten fish. I noticed a good sized stain on the couch that looks like something had been spilled on it. The sheets in one of the rooms were dirty and that was disappointing but after reaching out to staff members over the air bnb the maids were able to come in and change the sheets.

Just a few things that would have made it better: 1. the grill (which was new and clean) was hooked up to natural gas but the fittings were for propane so unfortunately, we were unable to use it as such. It needs to be refitted for natural gas. Not enough BTU's to even cook with. 2. a few more essentials in the kitchen would be helpful (cookie sheet, unbroken wine opener) 3. Housekeeping needs to be instructed to clean the floors. Very dirty. Our socks and feet were black from the floors. We have always enjoyed Moab and using the many rental homes in the area.

Relaxing but not quality

Counter top were painted and chipping, uncomfortable couches. Cheap pots and pans that were paper thin.Walls were banged up.We parked in the driveway at arrival to find a pile of dead leaves and tumbleweed. We told the company, but it was never cleaned up.We made the best of it however I hoped for better quality.

Jeep Trip

We shared this with some friends for a Jeep trip. It was perfect. There was plenty of space to park our trucks and trailers along the main road. The garage was great. Having a place to put the Jeeps after a long day of wheeling was so convenient. The property itself was very clean and had literally everything we needed. Internet and fireTVs in all rooms was nice to have as well. Communication was property owners was also great and easy to do. Thanks for making our trip that much better.

Great Value in Good Proximity

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comparing this property to hotel options, this should be an easy choice as far as value. Clean with incredible views and in close proximity to both Arches and Canyonlands. No contest. You can relax on either the patio upstairs or downstairs. You can cook for yourselves in a well provided kitchen. We had 3 minor issues: 1) When we tried to adjust the temperature, the thermostat listed a wireless issue and low battery warning. 2) We wanted to be able to recycle wine and water bottles and there was no information provided as far as recycle options. We felt guilty leaving these for the staff to contend with and would not throw them away.3) There were so many trailers with dune buggies or ORV's, that our view was often consumed by them off the lower patio. Overall, I highly recommend this property

Great house, just a few shortcomings

We loved this house! Was super perfect for what we needed it for. That being said, there were multiple small annoyances. The towels that were folded and in the bathroom drawers were still damp. Multiple toilet paper holders and towel racks were loose and/or falling off of the wall. The garage keypad cover was falling off. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom made a super loud clicking noise to the point where we couldn’t sleep with it on. However these were just small things and overall we greatly enjoyed our stay. Hopefully the owners or managers will tend to this little things to improve the stay of future guests. Thank you!
