Renovated enchanting 1920's 4 bdrm, 1 Studio, 3 bath farmhouse on park like setting with gorgeous redwood trees. Open floor plan - family room/dining area combo w/fireplace - living room with formal dining area. 2 bdrms upstairs (one queen bed in one, two twins in the other that can be pushed together for a queen) plus spacious master-suite (one king size bed) w/ a balcony overlooking backyard, large tub with & stall shower. 1 bdrm downstairs (queen size bed) w/ a full bath. The studio has a day bed. There is a pull out couch and an inflatable mattress available if needed. Lovely yard w/ 2 decks one covered, patio, & front porch. Outdoor living, a spectacular outdoor gas burning fire pit, fountain, commercial grade BBQ and outdoor speakers. TOT 1120N.

Master-bedroom: 1 King Size Bed
2nd Upstairs Bedroom: 1 Queen Size Bed
3rd Upstairs Bedroom: 2 Twin Beds that can be pushed together for a Queen

Wedding Getaway

We had a mix of family staying at the house for our brothers wedding. The house was very comfortable for our group. It was in a great location within the perfect distance to the plaza and wedding events.

Fantastic stay!

This house was absolutely PERFECT for our bachelorette weekend! The house was beautiful and felt so luxurious and relaxing. The whole group commented several times how much liked the space. We had some large group dinners and loved using the fire pit. The location is also really central to Sonoma Square and the check in and out processes were really easy as well. Highly recommend!

Great location, beautiful home, perfect Sonoma stay!

Thanks to our host Clem for such a wonderful getaway for our girls' weekend! He was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our trip. House was immaculate, beds comfortable and the the best towels ever (and so many of the them!). Great location with about a 15-minute walk to the center of town, and lots of space to hang out for 7 people. Easy drive to the vineyards and Armstrong Park. Highly recommend. Thanks, Clem!

Great property in quite neighborhood

well kept place with everything you need. good comms with host and place is clean and beds are comfortable. however, it's a 4 bedroom. the 5th room is outside in a hut-type. so a bit odd given you're outside of the house. and lastly, the interior is well kept, the out door space need some TLC.

The pictures aren’t doing this place justice. It’s absolutely beautiful and the location is prime. Quick drive to the square. Check in and check out was seamless. We can’t wait to come back.

Beautifully Renovated Treasure

We were in Sonoma for a family gathering and happened upon this place. It was a very convenient location and a beautiful house that had been renovated spectacularly. It was outfitted with everything we needed for our stay. Our only regret was that our stay was too short. Thanks!

My daughter, two of her teammates, our families and the coach came over from our barn in Woodside to compete at the Sonoma Horse Park show. We had the perfect time at this wonderful house that was the perfect size and location. Walking distance to great food and only 25 minutes away from the horse park. The house even brought us good luck because my daughter won a championship ribbon. We will definitely be back!!!

Such a perfect family getaway!

We celebrated the 4th of July holiday at this lovely home and couldn’t have been happier. Two families (both with two kids ages 2-4) fit very comfortably and enjoyed many evenings cooking in the beautifully-renovated kitchen and playing in the backyard. There was a heat wave during our stay but the AC just its job perfectly fine. The location was such easy access to the Sonoma square and other nearby activities, like Morton’s Warm Springs and Traintown (recommend both for little ones). The host was very communicative and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back!

A family gathering .....Massachusetts, Colorado, Texas and resident Californians.....We had a great time The house was large and accommodating for all....totally enjoyed the fire pit and access to downtown Sonoma....and the guys did the cooking!

Property was not Rental Ready

This property is not what it implies on this site. We found it very disappointing & inappropriate. It was not rental ready but as if a family walked out the door & left it as is. Many personal items in this home. Refrigerator & freezer were full of food & frozen meats with no where to put are cold items. Dirty/greasy pans thrown on top of clean pans in cabinet. Closets were full & overflowing with no where to hang your clothes. Dressers the same packed with personal items & holiday decorations. Bedding was stained & tried to find clean sheets to put over them. Blankets were stained. Large carpet stains, so kept our shoes on. Burnt out light bulbs. Kid play area inside closet left as is. Binder in kitchen was supposed to have house instructions but had two sheets in it on how to use remote control. We took pictures of all this & called owner (Clem) and he sent the maid the next day. That didn’t help us as all she could do is wash the dirty pans. This property has not been maintained in a very long time & is nowhere close to rental ready. We VRBO a lot & this has been extremely disappointing.

Clean, Comfortable Home in a great Sonoma location

This is a well appointed, spacious home with great amenities and close access to the historic Sonoma square. The kitchen/family room area was open and accommodating for our large family gathering with easy access to the backyard deck. Backyard felt very woodsy including several beautiful redwood trees. Overall this is a wonderful place that we highly recommend

Sonoma house for all

This house was a great place to stay. We had 7 adults in our group and there was plenty of room. Fairy close to Sonoma Plaza but not necessarily walkable. Kitchen was well stocked, among the best ever according to one of us. Shade from Redwoods in back yard kept deck cool during day - and the pictured patio sofa combo was great in the evening.. this was a fine location for touring Sonoma country wineries, redwoods and beaches.

The space, the energy and location proved wonderful for our group of 9 adults; we moved fluidly through the property and found all central Sonoma locations easily from our home base. Finished a two year renovation in June 2024. All new flooring, new kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms & new landscaping. New Chef's kitchen with three ovens and plenty of cooking space/preparation, new bar & updated appliances. There is a gap of two years in the 5 star reviews due to the renovation.
