Welcome to Villa 13 – your beachfront escape, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 21 guests. Enjoy stunning, unobstructed views of the beach from the master bedroom, main living areas, and the expansive rooftop balcony.

Inside, the villa features a brand-new 85” TV for your favorite shows and movies. The Master bedroom offers one King bed and two sofa sleepers. Bedroom 2 includes two Queen beds. Bedroom 3 has one King bed. Bedroom 4 offers two Queen beds and one sofa sleeper. Bedroom 5 (located upstairs) includes two Queen beds. The living room also features two Queen sleeper sofas for additional sleeping space. Washer and dryer, TV's in bedrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and granite countertops. Between the dining table and bar seating, there's room for up to 18 guests to dine indoors. Outdoors, there's a dining table that seats 6. From this outdoor patio, you can step directly onto the beach.

Villa 13 provides plenty of space for your family and guests. The private rooftop balcony offers breathtaking panoramic beach views—perfect for soaking in romantic sunsets. The upstairs balcony is equipped with seating for 22 and a full outdoor kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, sink, barbecue grill, and griddle.
