Welcome to Gulf Shores Plantation - the perfect resort for the whole family and your very own slice of paradise. This fabulously updated & upgraded condo is waiting for you to discover your home away from home!

A security gate at entry lets you quickly obtain your parking passes and any other information regarding the complex. Along with keyless entry, check-in is a breeze. This gated resort community features a brand-new spa with indoor swimming pool, steam, sauna, exercise room with weights, tennis courts, volleyball, putting green, basketball courts, shuffleboard, outdoor swimming pools, several grill areas and the Sassy Bass restaurant for convenient dining. Enjoy private sugar-white beaches, natural sand dunes, and lush landscaping. Activities available for all ages make it the perfect family getaway! Kiva Dunes Golf Club and the Kiva Dunes Restaurant are next door within walking distance. Plus you're just a 13 mile drive from all of the great restaurants and family attractions that Gulf Shores offers!

Awesome and comfortable furniture and mattresses which are super comfy to provide a good nights' sleep! Master suite has queen size bed, with queen bed in guest room as well. Living room features queen sofa bed as well. This condo offers fantastic gulf views from the entry deck (which overlooks a nature reserve for privacy) as well as the balcony. This property is a MUST-SEE! No boats are allowed on property.

Parking Passes are required and have to be purchased through a link that is sent 2 days before your arrival. You must purchase your parking passes before check-in to secure parking.

Everything was clean perfect location for a family vacation.

Property was well maintained service was excellent from beginning to the end of our stay location from our condo to the beach front second to none looking forward to our next vacation to the same properties.

It was very clean. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again. It’s nice having a pool to be able to go to as well as the beach. You can rent two chairs and an umbrella on the beach. I definitely recommend this place.

Great budget friendly stay

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, kitchen was well stocked with the necessities to cook and eat your meals there. The online listing details were a bit confusing/outdated and I wish there was a map of the property available in the room so you could easily locate everything. The indoor pool was closed a few times without warning/unknown reasons but that’s not a huge deal. Easy walk to the beach or pool from our room which was wonderful with 2 small children. Overall 4/5 stars and we would book again.
