*We have a generator*. Recently updated oceanside 2 bed/2 bath (with 2 king beds!) condo in beachfront gated community, Cowpet Bay West with access to the Elysian Resort pool and hot tub. Quiet and peaceful with no beach/restaurant noise; one of just a few units located directly on the water yet right down the sidewalk to the beach. 2 restaurants and a beach bar on site; 5 min to Red Hook/St. John Ferry; walk to the Ritz Carlton which offers catamaran sailing tours.
Enjoy unobstructed views from your private waterfront villa, just steps to the beach and crystal-clear water. Two restaurants, including highly rated Caribbean Fish Market, and a beach bar on site. No need to rent a car as the condo community offers resort style amenities on site and additional restaurants, bars, shopping and groceries are 5 minutes away by taxi.

• On-site beach with complimentary lounge chairs.
• 2 restaurants and a beach bar on site. Sangria’s offers breakfast/lunch. Caribbean Fish Market is open for happy hour, dinner, and Sunday Brunch, with a variety of dishes including fresh Caribbean lobster.
• Recently updated fully equipped kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances (including dishwasher), and designer hardware; Keurig coffee machine; electric kettle; Ninja blender; toaster; fully stocked for preparing your own meals: pots, pans, dishes, OXO cooking utensils, Cuisinart hammered steel knife set, and various glassware including wine glasses.
• Pottery Barn dining table, slipcovered sofa, and slipcovered armchair.
• Dedicated workspace available: large portable folding desk and ergonomic folding chair.
• New decor from Rejuvenation, Pottery Barn, West Elm, and Serena & Lily.
• New patio furniture including dining table and lounge set.

• Self-controlled individual AC units in every room; automatic generator means you never lose power

We are located on beautiful Cowpet Bay, five minutes from downtown Red Hook, where you will find a gourmet grocery store, coffee shop, numerous restaurants and bars, and the ferry to St. John. Our property is also within walking distance to the Ritz Carlton hotel, home to the Lady Lynsey catamaran sailing tours. The Ritz also has three restaurants (reservations available on Open Table). We recommend renting a car to explore the island, but taxis are available on demand and with everything that you need either on site or nearby, a car is not necessary. Please let us know if you are interested in provisioning services. With groceries delivered to your door, you never have to leave the property!

• No parties, no drugs, and no pets allowed. This is a 100% smoke free property. Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside of the condo as well as on the balconies and front steps.
• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. A 5th guest (small children only) will be considered, and an additional fee applies.
• All guests must be 23 years of age and older in order to reserve and occupy the unit. This does not apply to families traveling together. Children of all ages are welcome.
• Only guests added to the reservation may occupy the unit. No overnight visitors.
